Acogedor, espacioso y encantador Southampton casa de pueblo ideal para familias y grupos de amigos. La casa está a 2 minutos de la estación de Hampton Jitney Omni o 2 minutos de la estación de tren. Realmente puedes llegar aquí sin un coche ya que puedes caminar directamente a la playa o el pueblo y hacer todas sus compras. Tenemos bicicletas en las instalaciones para su conveniencia. Ofrecemos un encantador porche delantero con muebles de patio y toldo que se despliega. La zona trasera tiene un porche trasero con barbacoa y la zona de la piscina tiene tumbonas con cojines de salón. También hay más mesa de muebles de patio con paraguas y 6 sillas.
También ofrecemos una cubierta superior también amueblado con muebles de patio exterior, sombrilla y más sillas de salón y mesa con sillas. Muchas familias y grupos grandes han venido y hemos acumulado muchas revisiones favorables como hemos estado haciendo esto durante años. Esta es la prueba de que hemos ganado nuestro Super Host Status. Large home with several bedrooms to accommodate 9 people. The house was well kept. The property manager was accessible and very helpful for the move-in and check out processes. We felt very comfortable in the rental property and would definitely stay there in the future.

My friends and I had a fantastic stay at this Southampton VRBO. The house was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with everything we needed. The house has modern amenities from the TV to the washer and dryer. The location is close to everything you want for a great trip like the beach and downtown. The host/property manager was very friendly and keeps the property well-maintained. I would stay here again if I find myself back in the area.

Great location

Maximilian checked us I and could not have been more accommodating and thorough. And he is hilarious. The house is portrayed accurately in the photos. The location is just a 5 minute walk into town on a quiet leafy street. The kitchen is small but has everything one needs for short term rental. The yard is large and well maintained. And the pool was delightful. Like any rental property, it is full of mismatched furniture and lots of old “stuff” but is tastefully arranged. I believe the owner is replacing an old tv, an old bbq, and old bikes, which will make your stay even better.

We stayed for post graduation celebration for my daughter and her friends. Maximilian was amazing host- he was very responsive to any small questions and issues we had during our stay. The house was lovely and even though the weather was not great - the media room and pool house was a great place for the girls to hang out and celebrate their last moments together. The kitchen was very well equipped and the beds were super comfortable. We will definitely rent the house again!

Comfy Southampton getaway

We had the best stay in this house! The entire home was very clean, there were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for a large group, plus all the linens, toiletries, and supplies we could ever need. Maximilian the house manager was attentive and so helpful! Check in/out was a breeze and he was flexible with us as needed. The whole weekend was a treat!

What an amazing house! We did not make the trip at an ideal time of year so did not get to enjoy the pool/pool house. The property host Max (my kids called him Maxamillion “because he is one in a million”) is amazing!!! He met us at the property, made sure we had all of the best information on shopping, dining, etc. My kids (10 and 11) loved the bikes and theater room. We biked to Main St each night and would have biked all over in better weather. I would definitely recommend this for a family get away- plenty of room and amenities for everyone!! Thank you Max!!! Our stay was nothing short of perfect! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a spotless, well-maintained property that immediately felt like a home away from home. Amazing

We had an amazing long weekend here in October. The location was perfect- so close to downtown with shops and restaurants. The house was great for our group and was clean and well stocked. We had some periods of rain but the house had plenty of entertainment (games, ping pong and foosball). The kitchen had everything we needed for home cooked meals. The best part of this VRBO was Maximilian. He was kind, knowledgeable, and helpful every step of the way. He sent an outline prior to the visit, reviewed the house with us upon arrival, and was a text/phone call away with any questions. He made this trip so memorable and easy for us. We can’t wait to go back when it is warmer to enjoy everything else this house has to offer!

The house was stunning. The details were spectacular and there was a stock of everything you would need for your stay. Max was fabulous, was easy to communicate with and very responsive. What a weekend to remember with 13 lovely ladies

This was a weekend to remember to celebrate a friends life who is fighting cancer. The house was large with lots of space for us to spread out. Everything you need to cook with was available in the kitchen, lots of towels to shower. Pool was open but it rained all weekend so we didn’t get to enjoy it. The best part for me was talking to Maximillian, who manages the property. He was full of information to make our stay perfect. He kept me informed of all I needed to know. If I needed something l, he always got back to me quickly. He even baked a couple of cheesecakes that were to die for. I think I have a new friend. Oh, and come to find out, one of the ladies in our party, her 2nd cousin will be staying at the same house the following weekend. Double thumbs up for this property. The girls want to make this an annual trip.

Amazing house in the heart of Southampton!!!

This house was everything and more. We had booked for my sisters bachelorette weekend, 10 girls and this house couldn’t have been more perfect. Walkable to Southampton social, and a short 8 min bike ride to the beach. This is in the heart of all things Southampton. The property manager max was absolutely amazing. We showed up early and within minutes he was at the front door showing us around. So easy to contact, and super responsive. Even though we had just met, his personality felt like you had known him for years!! The house had all the amenities you could think of for a weekend away. Also within driving distance of all the local wineries!! I cannot say enough good things about this house. Will definitely be booking again for future weekends in the Hamptons!! You can’t go wrong with booking this place, it is AMAZING!!

Stunning home in a gorgeous Hamptons town, perfect for a get-away!

The property is gorgeous, with a well maintained huge yard (the back yard is fenced in) with mature trees and flowers everywhere. The house is massive - 7 full bedrooms including a super comfortable king bed in "the game room", each one with luxury linens, towels and robes. The media room is awesome, with lie back movie chairs and and a huge screen. The kitchen is well appointed and we were able to cook gourmet meals easily using the high quality knives, pots and pans at the house. Lastly, Maximillian, the property manager, could not have been more helpful and wonderful to work with. He even picked me up at the Jitney, gave me a full house tour, and was available for anything we needed all weekend. He is thorough and extremely friendly and engaging, it's a real pleasure to know him!

Best place to stay in Southhamton!

Look no further!! This home will meet all your needs and exceed your expectations. Perfectly set with every amenity possible. The kitchen has every pot and utensils you need no matter how big or complicated the meal is you are preparing. High quality and luxury soaps, shampoos in every bathroom. Luxurious linens on every bed. There were 6 bikes for us to use plus an electric air pump made it so easy. Ping Pong table and fooze was great family and friends time. And we really loved the movie room with individual reclining chairs. I could rave on and on as this home is perfect and every thing works perfectly. Best of all the property manager Maximilian made sure everything was perfect and everyone's needs more than met. Max made the stay a dream vacation!!

A Perfect Stay!

We were greeted upon arrival from the most gracious host Max! He gave us a thorough tour and made sure we understood where everything was, and how everything worked. The owner Robert as well as our host Max, were so generous with their time and catered to all of our needs. I HIGHLY recommend this house. The location is perfect, if you want to be right in the heart of Southampton Village this is a great spot!!!
