With two queen bedrooms, a Full bed (no longer have bunk bed, updated photo coming soon), a pull-out XL twin, and a full sofa bed, there’s plenty of sleeping space for everyone to relax after a day of exploring Manistee’s attractions. The well-equipped kitchen with seating around the island is perfect for entertaining and preparing meals. Large dining area for sharing meals, laughter, stories, or planning your next outing. *No smoking of any kind is allowed. Smoking inside will result in a minimum $1,000 charge.
*Parties or events are strictly prohibited, and if reported, guests may be asked to vacate the rental without a refund.
*Please observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM, per City Ordinance.
*The number of guests must be disclosed at the time of reservation, and at no time can the number of persons exceed the maximum occupancy.
*The primary renter must be at least 25 years of age and occupy the rental property for the entire reservation term. Guests under 25 are not allowed unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
*Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
* Please be mindful of food and beverages in the bedrooms.

*Please take care of the furnishings. Guests are responsible for damages.
