Enjoy the warm, welcoming spirt of this brand new 5 bedroom (sleeps 12), 3 Full bathroom home and experience a True Beach Getaway! Located in the Wonderful WindMark Beach community you will have access to all the amenities you could imagine to make this a vacation one that you will want to make a yearly tradition!
In the community you will have access to 2 resort style pools one of which is heated. Beach access is just a stroll down the picturesque boardwalk from the pool or at multiple other locations so you can enjoy white sand beaches from the private community access and a view of the gulf that you wont soon forget! Enjoy a run, bike ride or golf cart trip on a former beachside road that has been closed to traffic and converted into a wonderful opportunity to enjoy the sights!
The WindMark Community offers dining, shopping and equipment rentals at the small town center which is a golf cart ride away (You can drive as well as parking is available). You may also enjoy bonfires here or you can created one at the beach! Concerts are frequently held to provide entertainment and so much more!
The home provides a Luxury feel with Pottery Barn Furniture throughout, All-Clad Cookware, Dyson Stick Vacuum for those little messes and Premium Samsung Washer and Dryer are just a few items to make this stay relaxing and stress free! Did I mention this home is Brand New this December!
Finally, don’t forget to visit the charming town of Port St. Joe just a 10-15 min car ride away. The small coastal town is a much needed retreat from your usual daily routine. Visit one of the many restaurants, shops and markets.

Having lived in South Florida for many years the face paced lifestyle lead to the search for a more family friendly lifestyle.
Even after finding that in our new home there was something calling us back to the Florida sunshine. After a long search we found this wonderful community in the “forgotten coast” and found the relaxing beach community lifestyle we had always wanted.
Now we happy share our home and hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

As a parent a vacation can be as stressful as it is relaxing! This community offers all the amenities that I want for my family to make the stay a true vacation. White sand beaches, 2 resort style pools, out door activities, dinning, ice cream parlor and a view of the night sky with stars that fill the imagination of kids and adults alike!

As one of the few homes in the community with 5 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms there is plenty of room for a larger family or 2 families to share and still have the space to unwind.
Featuring an end lot with one of the largest backyards in the community you’ll find space for grilling, cornhole or simply soak up the sun.
