• 3 Bedrooms + 4 Bathrooms in the main house and additional sleeping areas in the detached garage suite. Also, has 3 separate living rooms for plenty of relaxing.

• Private In-Law Suite: A peaceful getaway for guests seeking privacy, with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and extra living space.





Sleeping Arrangements:

• Primary bedroom (California King) on the first floor.

• Upstairs: Two bedrooms with queen beds.

• Detached In-Law Suite: 1 bedroom with queen bed, 1 bedroom with 2 queen beds, and additional sleeping with a pullout queen couch and a trundle bed (2 twin beds) in the living room.

Are there smoking restrictions? No Smoking / No Fireworks- Evidence of smoking or fireworks will result immediate eviction.



Are parties allowed? Exceeding maximum capacity or large parties will result in immediate eviction.



What is the cancellation policy? Reservations cancelled up to 30 days before arrival will receive 100% refund. Reservations cancelled between 14-29 days before arrival will receive a 50% refund. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival are non-refundable.
