This four-bedroom and one-and-a-half-bath gives you everything you need for a great Wells Beach vacation. Blue Tides is just steps from Wells Beach and a short drive to many great restaurants and shopping. The residence is undergoing renovation during the winter of 2025/2026, which encompasses an updated kitchen, an additional full bathroom, and new flooring.

The Space:
Welcome to Blue Tides! This charming beach house invites you to soak in the beautiful views, delightful sounds, and refreshing ocean scents. When you arrive, you'll be greeted by plenty of parking (4-5 cars) and a lovely area to play. A small flight of stairs leads you to the main entrance, where you'll find a gas grill and a cozy sitting area to enjoy. As you slide open the door, you enter a tastefully decorated beach-style home that feels just right. The cheerful dining area flows seamlessly into the galley-style kitchen, with a delightful coffee bar for your enjoyment. There's the first of four inviting bedrooms to one side of the kitchen, featuring a comfy king-size bed and ample space for your belongings. On the other side, you'll discover the main living area, adorned with two full couches and a large TV for your entertainment. Towards the back of the living space, there's a fun area perfect for playing games or putting together puzzles, along with the convenience of a full-size washer and dryer. You'll also find a door leading to the sunroom off the main living area, providing extra dining space and a lovely spot to sit and watch the sunset over the peaceful marsh. Upstairs, you'll discover the cozy bedrooms and a lovely full bathroom. The first bedroom is a snug retreat, featuring a full-size bed and ample personal storage to make your stay comfortable. The second bedroom is a spacious haven, boasting a king-size bed and a delightful sliding door that leads to a small deck, perfect for letting in the refreshing ocean breezes. The fourth bedroom is also generous in size, furnished with a queen-size bed and more space for your things. The bathroom is designed with a convenient bath and shower combo, along with plenty of room to prepare for your day. This house really is a hidden gem, offering the perfect blend of beach proximity and the charming rustic feel of this quaint harbor town!
* This charming old home comes with its unique quirks that give it character! The stairway leading to the upstairs is a bit narrow and steep, which might make it a little tricky for older adults and young children. Also, the ceiling on the first floor is a bit lower than what you might find in newer homes, adding to its cozy ambience.
