House was fantastic. Lots of space for a big group, and kids can have a sleepover while the parents have their own beds! Beautiful setting right on the river.

Great home in a beautiful location. We very much enjoyed our stay. Fyi - There is no (safe) river access, which is fine. It is wonderful to look at and listen to.

Exactly what you’re looking for!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful location! Plenty of space. Well stocked kitchen. The hot tub could fit 6-7 comfortably and has powerful jets. The fire pit had six sturdy chairs that were comfortable. Beds and pillows were soft and quality. Couldn’t see or hear the neighbors. Only downside is no river access, the edge drops down a few feet- could be from low water levels. Very peaceful and will definitely come back again!

Absolute gem

We came with a group of 12 of us and this was absolutely perfect. Lots of space to spread out, so well thought out, and absolutely beautiful next to the river.

House was great. Beds really comfortable. Well appointed home. No cookie sheets and the pizza cutter was broken - otherwise decent kitchen amenities. Could use a teapot. Hot tub was large and clean. Downstairs bedrooms stayed cold even when the pellet stove heated the house up nicely. Private and the view amazing. Would stay here again.

Stunning, Cozy Riverside Retreat

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We absolutely loved Riverstone Lodge! We stayed with a large group, and the home is stunning, exceptionally clean, beautifully appointed, and unbelievably cozy. Being there in the fall, surrounded by the river and changing leaves, was glorious. We truly felt at home! The kitchen was also wonderfully stocked.That said, given the premium price of this rental, we were surprised by the number of maintenance and communication issues. The hot tub breaker had tripped before our arrival, leaving the water lukewarm the first evening and much of the following day. We couldn't find instructions for the hot tub, pellet stove, or heating system. The upstairs thermostat sensor was disconnected, leaving the downstairs freezing and upstairs sweltering our first night, significantly disrupting sleep.Hot water was another major issue. For a home accommodating 10+ guests, one water heater is inadequate, especially with two beautiful soaking tubs! We had to stagger showers, and filling a bath meant limited hot water for everyone else. Additional water-heating capacity would make a huge difference.Other details included missing window screens, only two rolls of toilet paper upstairs, and no kitchen inventory. We brought appliances, including crockpots, that were already provided! A comprehensive house guide would have been incredibly helpful.The local maintenance technician was exceptionally kind, responsive, and helpful.Despite these challenges, this property is truly special, and we'd love to return. At this price point, we would expect better preparation, communication, and functioning amenities. With a few improvements, Riverstone Lodge could be exceptional from start to finish!

Amazing Location

House was very clean and welcoming. Property is right up against the Sandy River. Super quiet neighborhood plenty of parking, even though there are houses close by we felt very secluded. You can tell the owners take pride in their home. It was very clean and the furnishing’s were great quality. Every year we venture up towards Mount Hood to get away from fireworks because our dogs are deathly afraid. The dogs were so relaxed there that the two big firework booms we did hear they didn’t react to. It was so nice to open the windows of the bedroom and fall asleep to the sound of the river. Definitely recommend this house and we plan on booking it again!

2/10 Horrible

Great home but very poor experience

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home was in great shape and mostly as advertised. However, the first night at 2am the fire alarm went off. This les to firefighters coming to the house. The firefighters sounded annoyed because they had been out to the house several times for false alarms. It appears that the alarm was tripped for some unknown reason to us but this had happened several times before. This led to smoke detectors going off the whole night. I called the 24-7 maintenance line twice and left a voicemails, nobody returned my call ever. The property manager was more concerned about the owner saying the alarm was offline than trying to fix our wifi issue. Very poor service overall. Long story short we were without wifi for our whole stay and at no point did the property owner send someone out to try to fix it.
