Bug infested

This home is Bug infested, there are termites every where you look they will also start crawling on you in you sleep. My first night staying here i woke up to multiple crawling on me, i’ve had a horrible outbreak also had to go to the hospital after my stay because my skin broke out with hives the home is filled with termites a/c system barely works throughout the house the only good thing about the property it’s close to the beach.

We're it is a horrible shape it is not what's represented on your website all of the furniture outside was broken the grill was broken and unusable to pull is not what it is in the pictures it's has broken wood around it the beds were like sleeping on cardboard boxes the whole house was in disarray we have pictures to prove how bad this property was and personally I want my money back we will never ever stay with verbo again if y'all don't take care of this we are a weekly customer and I expect more out of you people you need to do a better job

Needs upkeep

We stayed at this house The house is in a great location, but real needs much maintenance. The floor boards are falling apart. There is mold in the unit. Humidity is always a challenge in south Florida, but the air ducts are probably leaking and condensing to cause mold around the air registers. There are hope in the wall. The handle on the freezer is broken. There were some cockroaches. The pool table looks good, but the table wasn't level and there is only one usable cue stick, the others were broken or bent. The kitchen knives were very full.The couch cushions were very worn out.

House from Hell

Location of this property is Good. Thats the only positive thing to say about this home. The floors are all bad throughout the house. The walls are filthy. The furniture is filthy. The bedding and pillows have stains. The fridge handle is missing. The pool table has rips and there is only 1 working pool cue to play play with. The bathroom was dirty. The shower floors were disgusting. The bathroom fixture was missing light blubs. There were flies all over the bathroom. The backyard is a total disaster. The pool decking was broken. The bbq grille was dirty. The outdoor furniture was in horrible condition with the propane tank in the middle of the yard. The ceiling paint was pealing off. The living room chairs had stains. The ac vents were all dirty. The railing in front was broken. The pictures fooled us. We were suppose to have a family weekend trip but that turned out to be a nightmare. The other 2 family members decided to get a hotel instead because of how bad this home is. My 5 year old aon trip and fall because of the flooring in the living room. This house and who ever is managing it are FRAUDS! I asked the host for a one night refund due to all this aggravation and she stopped replying to my messages. THIS HOME SHOULDNT BE LISTED ON VRBO!!!
