This is an impressive well cared-for property! The owners really gave careful thought to providing a very well furnished and stocked home with all the cooking and entertainment items you would need in this beautiful ready-to-go vacation bungalow. Several folks that visited us knew the area and what is typical for short term rental type of home, they said it was the nicest they had ever seen!The property is a show-place in tropical design featuring amazing flowers and incredible palms layout. The backyard pool was sooo nice. It was a superb quiet sanctuary for our rest and enjoyment.Our hosts were super attentive and thoughtful - making our stay a home away from home!Another plus, this home is an superb location with important access to the interstate, retail, restaurants and the beach!We enthusiastically endorse this treasure!

Super vacation with private pool!

The house was very clean upon arrival. It is spacious with room to move if you have a family. The kitchen had all the supplies you need. The outside covered patio includes beach chairs, towels, suntan lotion, Bluetooth speaker, and the pool was wonderful! I’m already planning our next stay!

Great Family Bonding Trip

I had a wonderful stay at Stacy’s place! The home was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The check-in process was smooth. The space had all the amenities I needed, including Wi-Fi and a coffee machine, and the neighborhood was quiet and safe. I’d stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Lovely property!

We had a wonderful stay at the "pet friendly home". The home was well stocked with everything that was needed for a home away from home. Communication with the host(s) was quick and easy. While this is a pet friendly property, there was no pet hair to be seen or any smell of pets. The outside amenities were great - even down to goggles and bug spray! Having the robot vacuum in the pool allowed us to enjoy a clean environment in which to enjoy ourselves. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

Had an amazing week at this beautiful pool house! The hosts were incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and stress-free. The home was spotless, well-equipped, and pet-friendly—a big plus for those who travel with well behaved furry companions.The pool was a highlight—about 5 1/2 feet at its deepest point, ideal for swimming, floating, or simply cooling off. We were also lucky enough to enjoy a preview of the upcoming weekend airshow, all from the comfort of the pool!The hosts thoughtfully included extras measuring conversion magnets, an office space for remote work, and exceptionally comfortable bedding that made it easy to relax and recharge. The weather couldn’t have been better, and even on warmer days, the steady ocean breeze kept things cool and pleasant.This home truly has everything you need for a relaxing getaway. We’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, pet-friendly retreat with all the comforts of home.

Nice neighborhood, great host!

My wife and I enjoyed our vacation while staying in Stacy's very nice home. Very easy drive from FLL airport and good access to highways if you are looking to go to the Everglades, airboat rides, lots of beaches, etc. The kitchen is new and bright, the in ground pool was warm and clean, and it was very relaxing to enjoy meals and beverages by the pool and the outside porch area. The pictures on the website are very accurate and the area is quiet and safe. Everything you need for a family is included, plus Stacy is a very responsive and friendly host. Checkin and checkout was smooth, and if we needed any questions answered, Stacy responded quickly. Stacy also had lots of good suggestions of where to shop, go visit and enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner. If you're looking for a good home to stay that is a short drive from lots of fun things to do, this is the place!

A Great Retreat

It's a beautiful house with the right amount a space. The backyard with the pool and lanai as nicely landscaped and set up perfectly for outdoor living (the pictures don't do it justice). It's centrally located making it an easy drive to the beach, Wilton Manor, or all the shops and restaurants on US 1. Stacy was attentive to any questions we had. He's a great host.

Our pre cruise family stay

Stacy's property was absolutely amazing. It was well appointed. We wanted for nothing and the house was close to every ammenity you could need. Malls, grocery, restaurants. Stacy had some amazing recommendations for dining. The neighborhood is amazing. Stacy had everything for a perfect beach day. His beautiful backyard is the reason we didn't do the beach. Private, beautifully decorated and appointed we didnt want to leave for our cruise. Archie was also a highlight. He gave is the best welcome!! We all feel Archie should come as an amenity to the house!!!! We kinda were hoping we could get it again for another family outing! Unfortunately Stacy has other plans LOL!! Thank you so much Stacy for being as accommodating as you were and for allowing us to spend the time if your beautiful place. And it was so lovely to meet you and thanks for hanging out for a bit!!! Awesome House!

Great house, Great neighborhood. Great hosts. This house was perfect for our visit to Fort Lauderdale. Clean, comfortable, house with a very well stocked kitchen. And the back yard was absolutely amazing. We enjoyed a great evening on the patio surrounded by the beautiful pool, trees, and perfectly lit ambiance.

I moved into Poinsettia Heights back in the mid-90s and I have always enjoyed the openness and friendly people who call this area home. Most important is the Location, central to almost everything in Ft. Lauderdale but quiet enough to feel you are miles away. Evening walks here will enable you to meet and greet a wide array of people both with their pets and without.

Poinsettia Heights was developed back in the late 50s with many families moving here for the new school and the larger lots. What I love about our house is it still maintains that 50s ranch home charm with all the modern touches. The covered patio is one of the best spots in the house where you can watch the day fade or enjoy a family dinner!
