THE BUILDING DOES NOT HAVE PARKING!

There is street paid parking next to our building and also public parking within 2-3 min walking distance from our building, I recommend you to park at the public parking if you won’t use your car much as you can get daily pass from them, also if you would like to use street parking, I highly recommend you to download the Montreal parking app it is called P Service Mobile. You can park in front of the building to unload your luggages then go park your car!

Government-Issued ID Requirement
As this is a self-check-in property, we will not be able to verify your ID in person upon arrival. To complete your booking, we require a valid government-issued ID (Driver’s License or Passport) to be submitted as a scanned copy prior to your check-in day. This is a mandatory step to ensure the safety and security of all our guests.
Why do we need this? It’s a standard verification process to protect both you and our other guests. Your ID will be handled securely and in accordance with our Privacy Policy. If you have concerns or questions, feel free to ask.

Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Please remove your shoes upon entering the suite to preserve the floors.
No parties or gatherings are allowed; only registered guests may enter the property.

No Smoking or Drug Use
Smoking and drug use are prohibited in the suite and within 9 meters of any doors or windows, in line with City of Montreal regulations.
