Absolutely brilliant location all you can want and more every thing within walking distance and a short cab ride to port would definitely stay here again . recommended by are family and a brilliant roof pool and bar

I had an amazing stay at this property, the host was unbelievably helpful and sweet, genuinely never had a host pay attention to detail and put so much effort into making the stay comfortable. Will definitely be back soon!

Amazing stay to explore miami!

Stayed and Khiry was an Awesome host and went above and beyond any thing we needed. Would highly recommend. The place its self was perfect for a small group of 4. Stayed for MMW and will come back for sure.

Fantastic Miami Stay!This condo had the perfect location — right by the pier with tons of food options and boat rides nearby. It was super easy to get to the Heat game, South Beach, and Little Havana, so we really got to experience all the best parts of Miami.The pool area was amazing and the gym was top-notch. The condo itself was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Meeting the owner in person to get the key was a little different than the usual hotel check-in, but totally worth it for the great price and personal touch for our wedding anniversary!Overall, a 5-star stay — highly recommend!

BEAUTIFUL

Loved the proximity to shopping, dining and the cruise terminals. Khiry was amazing! So helpful, it was a delight meeting him. Greatly appreciated his willingness to accommodate for our arrival which was after 5. Getting an UBER at the airport was a bit tricky and lengthy. If I did it again I would take a Taxi.

Great Location and Comfortable Stay, But Communication Could Be Improved

We had a great stay in Miami, and the location of this place was absolutely perfect! It was within walking distance to many attractions, restaurants, and shops, which made exploring the city so much easier. The place itself was great for me and my two friends. It was clean, comfortable, and the complex was really nice as well.However, the communication with the host could have been better. The check-in process wasn’t communicated clearly, and unfortunately, we were charged as a result of the lack of information provided on the host's part. While the space itself was lovely, we did feel a bit frustrated that the host wasn’t more attentive to our messages, which left us scrambling at times.Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but it would have made a big difference if the host had been more responsive and clear in their communication.

Our standard check-in time, as noted in our listing and in our pre-arrival message, begins at 3:00 PM. While early check-in is not mandatory, we do our best to accommodate requests when possible. In this case, an early check-in required rescheduling our cleaning service, which came at an additional cost that was communicated in advance. We also take pride in being highly responsive, and we responded to every message within 10 minutes, providing detailed check-in instructions multiple times. Our listing also includes all check-in details for easy reference, and we always encourage guests to reach out if they need any clarification. We appreciate you staying with us and hope to have the opportunity to host you again in the future!

My significant other & I had a fantastic stay! The overall apartment was beautiful balcony had a gorgeous view sunrise & sunset. The full kitchen was perfect for cooking everything worked perfectly. The fridge is gorgeous & the bathroom is great. We had some maintenance issues such as power outage, plumping with toilet and light fixtures that were out but when we contacted the host they immediately got back to us & would assure it would be fixed & it was quickly at the beginning of our stay. This was a vacation for my boyfriend’s birthday & I paid extra for decorations & his favorite treats with wine. As an awesome bonus we were also surprised with a cute painting activity with all supplies included it was so nicely set up for us on the balcony. Amazing host overall. But when it comes to the hotel/residence that you are staying in “Gale” their policies & rules are extremely strict. If you want to enter the pool area, you have to make sure you do not have any outside food or drinks, if you bring a large bag, it will be checked. They insist that you buy drinks at the bar that’s outside. It does not feel like a pool that is yours. It feels like you are at a restaurant every day. The drinks are extremely expensive if you want to purchase them. There is no policy on bringing a speaker though that’s good. The pool is open from 7AM-7:30PM after 4 PM there is absolutely no sun because the building is blocking it. So get to the pool early if you want to tan. The gym was great too.

This fairly new rental is in a perfect DT Miami location and has an amazing view of DT, Bayside Market, ferris wheel, port, bay & South Beach. Pictures don't do justice. We actually got to watch the 250th Independence Day fireworks from the balcony to avoid the crowd. The pool also has an amazing view to watch fireworks. The free trolleys, bus and lightrail Mover with A/C were nearby so we cancelled our car rental to save . You can also catch the Coral Way trolley to the cruise port. Use the trolley app tracker to plan your trips. It's very accurate and useful. We rode the bus to Miami Beach which also offers free trolleys if you want to explore the beach side. We went there to attend Mass at St. Francis Church which is a block away from the bus stop. So convenient. The rental hosts were responsive and friendly via text and met us to walk us up to the unit. You do need to bring shampoo, body soap and clothing detergent as the small samples aren't enough. One setback is the smell of weed from smokers outside which is beyond the hosts' control. It's everywhere in FL. It's not a daily occurrence though. Overall, we had a 5-star stay. The rental is clean and well appointed.

The best part is the AMAZING VIEW and the convenient downtown (Brickell) location.The apartment is small, but comfortably sleeps 4 guests (1 bedroom, 1 pull-out sofa). It is a well-finished apartment and the layout is nice. Although we didn’t have time to enjoy it, the building also has a very nice rooftop pool & 2 restaurants (etc). Check-in/out was different than described in the listing: we met someone in the lobby who escorted us to the room & gave us the key card; check-out was simply leaving the card on the table, & of course, leaving on time. Communication with owners/reps was fast & easy. Overall, we had a great stay that we would recommend to others!! We’d stay again!!
