If you plan on using the BBQ grill, please bring your own Charcoal or Mesquite wood for use during your reservation.

No smoking or vaping of any kind is allowed inside the house. If this rule is disregarded, we will pursue and charge a fee to cover costs of additional cleaning and deodorizing services.

By booking our listing, you acknowledge that you alone and your associated guests, and not your Host(s), are responsible and liable for your own, and your associated guests' personal safety. You understand and acknowledge our backyard pool has no lifeguard on duty and has no safety features such as a fence or gate that blocks access to it.
