Clean and quaint in Horsham, PA

My husband and I stayed here for one week. The property is clean and comfortable, outdoor space is very peaceful. We hosted a few of our friends one evening on the deck and everyone enjoyed it. The hosts lives right next door and were readily available. We had trouble with washer, Maria came over and help start it right away. We will definitely stay here on our next visit and recommend it to others.

Clean, efficient apartment

Place was well-kept and near where I needed to be. Nothing fancy, but it suited my needs. Adjacent house has a family living there and is also rented out for groups. Deck was nice, though not private. Parking was tight--difficult for the pickup truck I rented, but I managed.

Summer visit

This location was ideal for our visit to our mother who lives at Springhouse Estates. Easy access to grocery, gas, and a great bagel shop just down the street. Couches were super comfy, and so was the king bed, but our adult kids on the porch pullout and twin bed weren't as comfortable.

Great host...

Only reason for a 4 star vs.5 on description is its set up different needs to be updated. We didn't use other rooms but its very well set up for a full family.. great experience here our dogs loved the yard.. great communication. Will definitely try to stay here on future trips back home..

Excellent property for short-term rental

My wife and I have traveled much with our cat over the years and have stayed at many rental properties on a short-term basis such as townhouses, condos and homes. We have never stayed at a property as clean as this home. Pet-friendly rentals aren't always the cleanest. Knowing our cat will go under beds and into other locations not normally seen by us, I usually get down on the floor to check the cleanliness for him as soon as we check in. I often find pet hairs and dust under beds and kibble under refrigerators (does every dog owner feed their pet in front of the fridge?). This property was spotless. We have never stayed at a location as clean as this home. Horsham is an excellent and convenient place to stay in the Philadelphia area. I am a native of nearby Willow Grove and was there to visit with family. Our family was comfortable in visiting us at the home during our visit and it was relatively easy to find. You just have to drive slow to see the house number out by the busy road. There is very easy access to the Pennsylvania Turnpike just minutes away and all other nearby highways ... Route 611, 63, 309, 202, etc. There are numerous restaurants that we like to visit while in the area and a grocery store is nearby, too, as well as Horsham Square Pharmacy just a half-block away. The owner kept us posted with information needed for access, and let us know the day we were traveling to Horsham that the wifi router was changed out and gave us the new access information for it. This home has plenty of space and was very comfortable. While the home is on a busy road, the front faces a quiet back yard that was private. We hope we can stay here again during another visit to Eastern Montgomery County.

Great For Family Visit

I stayed at the apartment when visiting my niece and her children nearby. Although they did not wind up coming to the apartment to see me, it would have been great with the lovely yard and deck. The location is very convenient to shopping and very near a great s terrific walking and biking trail.

I really liked this location. It's close to my friends in Lansdale and everything is a very short drive away. It snowed one night and by morning they were already cleaning away the snow. I would happily stay here again.

Amazing Property and Owners!

Lovely place to stay! Bright, open floor plan and huge backyard! Owners are wonderfully responsive! We had a nor eastern storm while there and a loss of power for over two days! Owner ensured snow was removed and safe in record time! So accommodating and welcoming!

Great accommodations!

Plenty of room in this clean apartment with a homey feel. Wish it was Summer so we could have enjoyed the big backyard and patio. Convenient location with tons of restaurants and easy access to the turnpike. Would definitely recommend and stay there again myself.

Very nice and spacious rental in the suburbs of Philadelphia.

This was a very nice rental property for my family. We have two young kids and they enjoyed the backyard. The only issue was the shower door was a little tough to close and there was no bathtub to give the kids a bath in. Besides that the place was perfect for our needs.
