Nuestro apartamento está recién amueblado con una cama a tama- rey en el dormitorio principal, camas matrimoniales y dobles en la habitación de invitados. Estamos ubicados en el canal que ofrece una hermosa vista de los barcos y puestas de sol de la tarde desde el balcón trasero. Disfrute de un paseo de 3 minutos de la playa, o puede conducir a pies de las olas y la arena, que ofrece una parrilla junto a la playa y el pabellón. La cocina está totalmente equipada con todo lo necesario (platos, utensilios, etc.)

Had a great stay!!

This property was close to the beach and to all attractions/shopping. Check in was easy and the condo was clean. We were within walking distance to the beach and we got to enjoy a view of the canal from the back porch. Would definitely return to this property again!

Summer vacation

Enjoyed our stay in Destin. The condo was just as listed. Very clean and comfortable! Loved the location and very quiet area. Easy check in and very safe area.

Nice condo

Condo was very nice and clean. My family enjoyed our stay and we would stay again. Pros: clean, spacious, off the canal, quiet, well equipped kitchen, full size washer and dryer, responsive owners. Cons: sheets and towels were old, worn and dingy, killed several large cockroaches

First Family Vacation in Years!

This is our first major vacation in years. I was nervous about going through VRBO but Rose made everything easy and simple. The check in and check out were very easy. The condo was very relaxing and quiet. we enjoyed the deck over the canal, with the ducks turtles, and fish to see. The shopping and restaurants were very close. The beach was amazing and well maintained. I would recommend this to anybody.

Loved the condo!

We just got back from our trip and boy did we have a great time. When we arrived the condo was clean and in excellent condition. We enjoyed feeding fish, catching crabs, and watching turtles in the canal below our room. Beach access was excellent. We ended up driving to the secured beach access entrance across the street which was perfect for our little family. We had a wonderful time and the condo was perfect for us. Thanks again!

Very Nice

Great location, clean, short walk to the beach!! We had one minor problem of the cable in the 2nd room not working, but one text to Mrs. Rosemarie and she responded within 5min. She called maintenance and had them over right away. We will be back.

Family vacation

I had a great experience working with Rose. She made this experience great! Very helpful and responded quickly to emails. The condo was everything we expected and more. She was very accommodating. The condo was very spacious and great for my family of four. It was perfect for our first real vacation in years. Rose had everything in the condo we would need. They have a good size balcony over the canal that my 3 year old daughter loved to eat breakfast on and feed the ducks. The walk was not far from the beach or any of the 5 pools. If we ever come back to Destin we will definitely be looking up to see if this condo is available!

GREAT LOCATION, PROPERTY AND OWNERS

We love this condo. It is light. airy and you instantly feel at home! The owners made our stay relaxing and carefree. The rental of the property and our arrival was exceptionally easy. The location at Sandpiper Cove is perfect. It is a quiet area, yet centrally located to the beach, pools, tennis courts and golf. Having the canal just off the deck allowed us to begin each day watching the ducks, pelicans and fish over a cup of coffee. Shopping and wonderful restaurants are just minutes away. The condo is very clean, well furnished and does not lack for any conveniences. The beds are comfortable and the extra sink and vanity in the master bedroom was wonderful. Our stay was perfect and we will not hesitate to return again. We highly recommend this property!

Daughter's 19th birthday gift

Our stay was fine. I feel that it needs to be updated. The sinks in both bathrooms are for toddlers. We had to get on our knees when brushing our teeth. The whole place needs to be updated. The TV's in the rooms need to be bigger. The furniture needs to be replaced as they are stained really bad, it's kinda gross. While I was there I reached out to the owner with no response. I have stayed in other units in this community and they offer free beach chairs, but this owner doesn't. We had to pay to rent the chairs and umbrella for the day. The flooring in the master bedroom needs to be redone. The door in the guest room gets stuck at the top so you have to almost kick the door in to get it open from the outside. My daughter had a hard time opening the door from the inside!! The kitchen has tons of cooking stuff so that was good. They have a regular coffee pot which I feel needs to be updated to take pods like a Keurig or some other brand, just outdated!!! I love all the mirrors in the place. Other than all of this, the place is fine!!!

Cousin get away

Perfect location. Furniture was comfortable. Beds slept wonderfully and I have a bad back. Walk across the street to a private beach with umbrella and chair rentals. Kitchen was well stocked. No complaints, we had a great time!

Wonderful vacation!

We had a fantastic time! The condo was perfect for our family! We loved the “balcony-porch” (our 3 year old called it) and feeding the ducks and turtles below. It was a convenient drive to the beach. Would definitely book again!

Condo with beach, pool, and balcony over canal

Nice condo on 2nd floor overlooking a canal near beach and pool, and convenient to Target, grocery store, restaurants, and harbor activities. We had a family of 5 and we're comfortable in the condo. Our eldest likes to sleep on the couch. So, 3 beds plus a couch worked great. The balcony is very nice, and felt nice in June, especially early. Owner is super easy to work with and made us feel welcome. Easy in and out process. Drive to beach daily multiple times, just punch in code to get to parking by the beach across the street, which was easy. We walked through Rick's to get to the beach which is a bit easier and setup our own umbrella right there. There are two pools, which did the trick for us. Lots of stores, activities, and restaurants nearby. Our favorite was La Paz for relaxed dining. For thrills, don't miss "Wild Woody" at The Track. We saw many dolphin fins on a Dolphin tour with Flippers Adventures. Much enjoyed!

Perfect location

Location was perfect however condo needs several improvements. A few easy fixes and condo would be great. Furniture and carpet is stained and other small things that should be cleaned up. Kids loved being on the canal and feeding the ducks and fish. Appreciated the snacks that were left and the condo had everything we could possibly need.

Perfect location with Private Beach access

We loved this Sandpiper Cove Condo! The size was great for our family of 4, with separate beds for our 15-year-old daughter and 11-year-old son. We went to several beaches during our week stay in late June, and Sandpiper Cove's private beach was much less crowded than the high-rise private beaches in Destin and the public beaches in Miramar Beach. We loved throwing crackers off the 2nd floor balcony to the fish, turtles, ducks, and crabs in the canal below. The free on-site 9-hole pitch-and-putt was great too. The owner is very quick to respond to any issue that might arise. We will check back for availability at this condo on our next trip.

Great Location

Property was very well maintained. We showed up a little early and the cleaning person was very polite and helpful. The property manager was very responsive through text and helpful. Defiantly coming back !!

More than we expected

Our stay was great! Right across the road from the beautiful beach and close to all the restaurants and fun. The condo had plenty of room for my family of 5. My kids didn’t have one complaint and that’s not the norm. We would definitely book again!!

Excellent Condo

This condo was very clean, organized. spacious and it had everything you need. The location was close to all attractions and the community was very quiet and friendly. We will definitely consider staying at this place again.

We live in Ga. with our 2 kids, 3 cats , and a dog. We love going to Destin each year, and enjoy the many amenities Destin has to offer. The beaches are beautiful, the shopping is fantastic, and the restaurants all have wonderful food and entertainment.

We chose this property because it's right in the heart of Destin. You have everything you need at your fingertips. walk to the beach, play golf, Tennis, or swim in one of the 5 pools! We've been coming to Sandpiper Cove for 14 years and decided this is where we want to be every year.

We love the location of our condo. Right on the Canal. After a busy day on the beach or exploring, you can relax on the rear deck, listen to music, watch the sunset , and the boats coming in for the day, and also feed the fish down below.
