Located in the quiet, private gated community of Headwaters this property has many amenities including lake access (bring your kayak and fishing pole!) and a fabulous clubhouse with majestic views of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Other amenities include hiking trails, a waterfall, a park, a tree house, tennis and basketball courts. All the roads within the community are paved and well maintained (snow is plowed). Only 13 miles to Beech mountain, 11 miles to Sugar Mountain and 20 miles to Grandfather Mountain. Also nearby is Eagle's Nest Resort, Banner Elk, a mountain roller coaster, gem mining, fly fishing and white water rafting.
