The condo offers a full-size refrigerator, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, air fryer/oven combo, a large smart TV, an ironing board and iron, and a starter pack of shampoo, conditioner, and hand soaps.

You’ll be in the northern end of Myrtle Beach, known as the Dunes area, which is just a short drive to Broadway at the Beach, Barefoot Landing, golf courses, shopping centers, restaurants, and the many popular attractions Myrtle Beach has to offer!

Please note:
-The unit is managed off-site; therefore, all linens will need to stay in the unit. There will be no mid-stay housekeeping. If you would like housekeeping during your stay, that can be arranged for an extra fee.
- We provide a starter pack of toiletries only, and at least one set of towels per guest but you may want to pack extras.
-We will not be held responsible for things out of our control, such as community pool, hot tub, weather, your travel plans, illness, temporary utility outages, etc.
-If you do not purchase travel insurance, you will be subject to our cancelation policy should you decide to leave early, arrive later, or cancel your stay.
-Sand Dunes is a NON-SMOKING resort (including vaping). Smoking is prohibited in the condo, on balconies, and in common spaces.
