Other Things to Note:

This property features multiple stairs, primarily for access to the master bedroom on the second floor and the rooftop terrace. Please consider this if you have mobility concerns.

Small children should be supervised by adults at all times. Adults are fully responsible for the safety of children during their stay.



Private Chef Services Available: We can arrange a private chef for your group. Rates start at $140 for breakfast or lunch, $170 for dinner, or $370 for all three meals a day for up to 6 guests; 15% gratuity applies. Groceries are not included. Please inquire about cost for larger groups or holiday season rates.





Neighborhood Guidelines



All guests must be registered at the time of reservation and check-in.

Any non-registered guest or visitor requires prior authorization from Property Management and security registration.

All trash must be securely contained in trash bags and placed in the designated containers.

To maintain a secure and enjoyable environment for all our guests, external vendors are not permitted inside our properties. However, our concierge service is available to recommend trusted vendors for any assistance or services you may need during your stay. Thank you for your understanding.



This property is inside a residential community. For this reason, you will be required to provide an ID and sign the community rules in order to grant access. Please message us if you need specifics on the community guidelines



Interaction with Guests:

While we want to give you your space to enjoy, we will be available in case you need us 24/7. We will meet you at your arrival and show you around the house and answer any question. We will be available for any Concierge Service, maintenance or emergency issues throughout your stay by phone (SMS or calls) and email.
