Must be 25 years or older to rent this property. The guest on the reservation must be present at check-in with photo ID which matches address and credit card used. The booking guest must be present during the complete stay.

A rental agreement will need signed upon booking and a Refundable Damage Deposit of $300 will be charged to your credit card 3 days prior to arrival. This deposit will be fully refunded within 3 days after checkout, provided there are no damages or policy violations.

Inside, you'll find two comfortable bedrooms with Queen beds, plus a pullout Serta couch that converts into another Queen-size bed. The full kitchen is equipped with a full-size fridge, microwave, oven/stove, and a Keurig coffee machine.

For entertainment and relaxation, enjoy our Smart TV with WiFi for streaming, darts, 516 game arcade machine, Foosball table, and a hot tub (NOTE: Hot tub out of order until Sept 15). Outside, gather around the fire pit and outdoor dining area for cozy evenings.
