Make your vacation headquarters in the Orlando area the Mickey's Margarita Villa. You will be close to Disney World and everything vacation-related, and you will be nestled amongst the locals in the perfectly placed community of Lake Davenport Estates.

HOME:
This completely updated and locally managed 2667-square-foot five-bedroom / three-bathroom, air-conditioned vacation villa sleeps up to 12. Pull into your private driveway and walk through the front door into the spacious, open-concept home. The great room is well appointed with comfortable furniture perfectly positioned to catch your favorite shows on the 86" Smart TV or gather around the wood-burning fireplace. You will be so amazed by the home's beautiful kitchen that may never want to go home. The open floorplan allows the chef to stay a part of everything going on when food is being prepared. Family will gather around the super-sized island for a snack or a cup of coffee and it has extra seating for four.

Beyond the great room sliding glass door is a screened lanai with a huge (optionally heated) swimming pool. There are no neighbors directly behind the home which also affords you a lot of privacy, which is not found in most vacation homes. Guests may also catch the Disney fireworks show from the backyard pool during an evening swim. How magical!

Included in the great room is the formal dining room, which has a table that seats six. It is a comfortable space where you can enjoy serving your family your culinary creations or share a meal delivered from your favorite restaurant.

This home has everything you will need to feel right at home. You will love the number of personal amenities, including hair dryers and even a vacuum. Traveling with little ones, you will like the on-site high chair, Pack-N-Play, and umbrella stroller already provided. The home is complete with a safe for your passports and valuables.

The Margarita Villa kitchen is open to the main living area and is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare snacks or full-course meals. You will love the expansive granite countertops and handy breakfast bar where guests can sit and share a cup of coffee.

BEDROOM 1: The first-floor owner's suite has an unforgettable modern theme with a comfortable king-sized bed, a large dresser, and a 55" Smart TV perfectly positioned for late-night viewing. This bath is outfitted for a queen and includes a huge soaker tub. The walk-in shower and a double vanity will also spoil you. A safe is also available for your valuables and comfort.

BEDROOM 2: The second master bedroom is also located on the first -floor. This room offers a queen-sized four-poster canopy bed and a 50" Smart TV.

BEDROOM 3: This second-floor room is a perfect fit for your princess with its two four-poster queen canopy beds and a 42" Smart TV.

BEDROOM 4-5: The two kids' bedrooms are decorated in Disney kids' themes, and each room has a 42" Smart TV.
Bedroom 4: Toy Story Theme. It includes a twin over a full bunk and a 42" Smart TV.

The real treat at Mickey's Margarita Villa is the 400-square-foot, Star Wars-themed game room. You will enjoy the full-size pool table, air hockey, and two PS5 systems with 55” gaming screens, each loaded with games. Fortnite and Overwatch will never be the same.

The home offers free high-speed fiber internet and also has Netflix, Hulu, and Disney+ active on the TVs.

*SELF-CATERING HOME: Upon your arrival, there will be starters of some essentials needed for the home. You will find hand soap, one roll of paper towels, laundry pods, dishwasher pods, trash bags, and a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. Once these items are used, the guest will need to shop for more if they are required.
