This beautiful 4 bedroom, 4 bath condo provides 2,677 square feet of luxurious living space including a screened patio overlooking the beach.

Furnished with an outdoor dining table and lounge furniture, the screened patio is the perfect spot to start your morning with a cup of coffee or wind down the day with a sunset happy hour.

Inside, the interiors feature elevated ceilings, cool tiled floors, and modern fixtures. Central air conditioning, complimentary high-speed wifi, and satellite television programming will keep you cool and connected throughout your stay.

The living area comes furnished with plush sofa seating, plus an entertainment center with a television and audio system. Enjoy all the comforts of home, plus oceanfront views throughout the living area.

The home’s four bedrooms sleep 9 guests comfortably.

A fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and a breakfast bar includes everything you need for a home-cooked meal. Cookware, flatware, stemware, and cutlery are all provided.

Daily housekeeping is included throughout your stay (Except Sundays and Christmas Day). All linens, plus bath and beach towels, Toiletries, along with Paper Towels, Bathroom Tissue, and dish detergent are provided.

Each condo is also equipped with a full-size washer and dryer. Laundry service is available by contacting the front desk.

This unit was excellent! Tastefully decorated with every amenity we could think of. The online description and pictures were accurate. The host was excellent and responsive. The location is unbeatable! A great place. We highly recommend it.

Our extended family loved having a beautiful condo large enough for us all to be together. The condo appeared to be recently renovated, very clean, and the kitchen was fully stocked for cooking/eating in. The location is excellent - snorkeling right in front of the property (and even better reefs if you swim a bit to the left!), many great restaurants (don't miss Pepper's and Miss Piper's!) and shops within walking distance, Andy's car rental across the street, grocery within walking distance at Camana Bay, and the property management office will arrange transportation anywhere for you. Grills and outdoor kitchen by the pool, plenty of lounge chairs, housekeeping is great... I could go on! And the photos are not doctored - the water really is that beautiful!

The property was exactly as described in the VRBO listing, which made planning for a multi-generational family trip easy and stress-free. The condo was clean, spacious, well maintained, and offered beautiful ocean views that everyone enjoyed throughout the week.One of the things we appreciated most was how well-equipped the property was. Having beach accessories readily available, including floats, toys, and beach towels, saved valuable packing space and made our beach days even more enjoyable. The management service was also outstanding, providing cleaning services and fresh towels during our stay, which was a wonderful added convenience.The location was fantastic, and the property grounds were well cared for. During our visit, the complex was not overly crowded, so we never had any issues finding space at the pool, grills, or beach chairs. Everything felt relaxed and comfortable.We also enjoyed several great local restaurants, including Peppers, Ms. Piper's Kitchen, Coconut Joe's, Saltwater Grill, and Macabuca. Each offered a great dining experience and added to an already memorable vacation.The highlight of the trip for our entire group was a private charter with Ray Dayz Charters. Liam took us to Stingray City, Starfish Point, and several snorkeling spots, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. It was easily the favorite activity of the week for both the adults and children in our group.Overall, this property exceeded our expectations through its cleanliness, amenities, location, and thoughtful management. We would highly recommend it to others and look forward to staying again in the future.
