Surrounded by tropical nature and thoughtfully crafted with clean lines and open spaces, Casa Amistad seamlessly blends indoor and outdoor living. The outdoor area has been designed for family fun, with a synthetic mini golf garden, private pool and bbq terrace. The Large windows flood the home with natural light, creating an airy, serene atmosphere. The upper-level balcony offers a quiet spot to unwind and enjoy the sights and sounds of paradise.


Here at Casa Amistad, our aim is to give you a luxurious hotel feel in a private home setting. We can provide housekeeping services Monday through Saturday for an additional $50 daily (9am - 12pm). You can also include breakfast preparation for a total of $35 daily (7am - 12pm). (no groceries included)

Two-level villa with an open social area indoor / outdoor living with large glass sliding doors that connect the living room, kitchen, dining room and terrace. Model A+ has a half bathroom, living room, dining space, laundry room, kitchen and oversized storage cellar. The second floor features an additional TV/ living area which connects the four bedrooms. All bedrooms feature outdoor balconies with the street facing bedroom enjoying the largest covered balcony and planter boxes for rich vegetation. All four bedrooms enjoy en-suite bathrooms and built-in, or walk-in closets.

You can get around by renting a car, renting our golf cart, renting bicycles, hiring a shuttle or taxi. Tamarindo, with its shopping, dining and nightlife, is just 30 minutes away.
The Daniel Oduber International Airport in the town of Liberia just an 1.5 hour away.

The Hacienda Pinilla Beach Club sits right on the shores of Playa Avellanas, With an infinity-edge pool looking over the famous surf break of Little Hawaii. The Beach Club has something for everyone whether it's cocktails and or fruit smoothies from the poolside Tiki Bar, kicking back in the poolside sunbeds, surfing one of the world-class breaks of Playa Avellanas, working out in ocean view fitness center, or relaxing with a massage in the wellness center, its the ultimate beach day!

Beach Club has an annual closing in October every year.

As a guest of this property, the entry into the beach club is $45 (only paid once per day and for ages 10+)

There is a VERY STRICT no-noise policy outside between 10p-6a. This is not the house to host a party or event. This home is great for groups of adults and families who respect the neighbors and rules of the community. If you plan to bring a big group to have a party, or large event, or make excessive noise, please reserve another property as the noise will not be tolerated, and you will be asked to leave without a refund.***
