Bring your food and swimsuit and you are good to go! Enjoy a fully fenced backyard that welcomes pets, and a front porch to enjoy the evenings. We are less than 1/4 mile from Beach Public Access #11, two blocks from the boat launch at Lower Lagoon, and right among many of PCB's best eateries.

This was our SECOND trip back to the Sea Breeze Beach House. We really enjoyed the quite neighborhood and location (short walks to the beach and St. Andrews State Park and close driving distance to good restaurants and grocery stores). The house is clean, kitchen well stocked, and our pups enjoyed the huge fenced in backyard. Highly recommend!

August Stay

Property was awesome and entire house was perfect for what we needed which is a comfortable place for dogs and family to stay. Upon arrival there were some random unclean spots (old tortillas on window sill) but overall it was great. Truly was a short walk to the beach easily done with the family and the closeness to the DG was awesome to grab water and snacks without driving all the way to the Walmart. Can’t wait to go back!

Great find

We loved the location, close walk to the beach and bay but still managed to keep the quiet neighborhood feel. The beds slept amazingly! House was very clean, spacious, and welcoming. This was our second time to PCB, we were rained out two years ago, so this house was such a great find for us! Owner was very nice and easy to reach. We would definitely stay again.

Wonderful Stay!

We had a wonderful time staying here! The location and ease of beach access was great! Seems like a safe neighborhood with plenty of families. House was clean and the host was very responsive. We had an issue with the smart door lock battery but the host was quick to respond and assist. If I had to be picky, the couches are different from the listing (expected as furniture ages) and there was a limited amount of toilet paper for 7 people (the house holds 8). However, we plan to book this exact place again for any future stays.

Birthday Day Weekend for Mom

Once a year, I try to take my mother to PCB for her Birthday. This year she turned 81 and normally travel with her small dog. Unfortunately her little dog passed before we went. However the place was great, it did have a big back yard for pets that was fenced in. We had a great time and the location was excellent, the owner was very responsive to our inquiries and needs. The house was very handicapped accessible which was nice since my mother has to use a wheel Walker.

Excellent facility for us and our Rhodesian Ridgeback.

We found the property to be exactly as described. Both we and our dog were comfortable, with all the appropriate amenities available. The walk to the beach was short, pleasant, right past a convenient Dollar General store, and led to a beautiful sand beach. The beach was perfect for lounging or walking, and our dog loved the beach. We liked the fully-fenced back yard of the house for him, too. We're already talking about next winter.

Great little beach home for the holidays!

We considered ourselves lucky for finding this cute little beach home. Plenty of room for our family and our dogs, within walking distance of the State Park, beach, and some great seafood restaurants. The house had everything we needed for cooking and relaxing. Will definitely be back!

December beach getaway

The home was cozy, well decorated had all the essentials. Would have liked some outdoor space in the back of the house so we could all be out there together. The front space was nice. It was a RAINY weekend and we made the most of it! Brandon responded to our needs promptly. We would definitely stay there again!

Great family stay at the Sea Breeze!

We booked the Sea Breeze for a family vacation with our grown children and their families, with 2 older adults (60ish), 3 adult children, 3 young children (ages 1-8), and 2 dogs. This place worked out great for us, the decor is very beachy and super cute! Everything was clean and pleasant. The neighborhood was quiet and the walk to the beach was about 4 blocks. We did not use the kitchen facilities much, but there was a variety of dishes, utensils, and glasses/cups available. My only recommendations are to bring your own bath soap and shampoo, as the ones provided are not enough, and be sure to wear shoes outside, as there are sand spurs in the yard. Both were completely not a problem, we loved staying here. The provided door code worked great every time, we had zero problems during our stay. Thumbs up!

Sticker Grass!!!

It was not as clean as it should have been, but it is a pet friendly property so there was dog hair on the furniture and I washed all the bedding the first day we were there, just because there was dog hair on the bedding and the sheets. But overall it was a decent place to spend 3 days. I would not recommend letting your fur babies out in the backyard to potty. There are stickers in the grass and I thought I was going to have to find an emergency vet but I was able to get the stickers out of my fur babies paws and fur.

My name is Brandon, and I am so beyond excited to be hosting you at my house.
Panama City Beach found a place in my heart when I lived in Alabama while I attended U.S. Army flight school.
During that time, I traveled up and down the emerald coast eating great food and playing sports on the beach.
I also loved looking at the houses along the coast and dreamed of one day having a house right next to the beach.
I decided to go all in on this house to create a better future for myself and future family.
I give people the opportunity to stay here because I spent my time staying at places just like this. I hope you make as good of memories as I did!
