Welcome to this charming ocean-view condo in the privately gated Litchfield By the Sea in Pawleys Island. This amazing property features 3 bedrooms - 1 king bed and 2 queen beds, along with 3 bathrooms, one of which includes a relaxing bathtub. The additional living space with a queen sleeper sofa provides a brilliant spot to unwind after a day of playing on the beach! Guests can enjoy amenities like WiFi, an instant pot, a wine cooler, a washing machine and a dryer, heating, and AC during their stay. The pools and hot tub are just steps away, with the ocean and beach just beyond that. Guests must adhere to all of Litchfield by the Sea’s rules and policies. About a 25 minute drive to Myrtle Beach, a 10 minute drive to the Murrells Inlet Marshwalk, and a 5 minute drive to downtown Pawleys Island. We'll be available to answer any questions while you stay at our place.

Relaxing beach get away

We had a fantastic stay at this 3 bedroom beautifully decorated condo. We enjoyed waking up to ocean and pool views. Check in was easy and communication with the host was prompt. The location was ideal- steps from the pool and beach and a short drive to great restaurants. Highly recommend for your next beach getaway.

Perfect for our family beach week!

Litchfield By the Sea has always been a special beach place for our family. This property has updated beautiful interior decor, beautiful ocean breeze and views and easy access to the pool and ocean! Our host, Amelia was always accessible and provided very quick responses when needed. I would highly recommend this property and we will book again if our family doesn’t out grow it too quickly!

Great Condo, Great Location, Responsive Host

Condo exactly as advertised. Clean with nicely stocked kitchen, great view, easy access to beach & pool, and comfortable beds. Drink fridge a nice extra. On top of all that, extremely responsive host. Made for a great week.

Place was beautiful. Location was great. Very clean and well taken care of. However, We had an issue. My son climbed off a balconey and the person underneath called the HOA and we were evicted after staying for 36 hours. It was not a good choice that my son made.. but no warning just eviction immediately. We live in Pennsylvania..10 hours away. Displaced 8 people. We had to find somewhere else to stay!! Be warned to read all your rules. There was nothing posted. Again i dont condone the behavior at all just giving i formation.

Thank you for your feedback and for noting the cleanliness and quality of the condo — we’re glad to hear you found the space beautiful and well-located. We do, however, want to clarify a few important details regarding your stay. The decision for early termination was made by the HOA and the security team after a serious safety violation occurred. Prior to this action, security did issue a warning regarding the behavior in question. Additionally, the maximum occupancy for the condo is 8 people, as clearly stated in the listing and rental agreement. Your party exceeded this limit with 9 guests, which most places will not tolerate. We understand the inconvenience this caused, especially being far from home, but guest safety and compliance with community rules are taken very seriously. We always encourage guests to review all provided rules and policies carefully, as violations can unfortunately lead to immediate consequences imposed by the HOA, not just the host.
