Updated 2-bedroom cottage 4 min walk to the beach, with outdoor shower

Welcome to Okeanos! This newly renovated property on a private lane features a four minute walk to Sea Street Beach.

There are 2 bedrooms - one with a queen bed and the other with two twin beds (sleeps a maximum of four people).

The bathroom is equipped with a tub/shower great for getting the kids clean, and an outdoor shower that is fully enclosed. We provide a day's worth of shampoo and soap to get you started.

The outdoor patio is spacious with a sofa for relaxing, a dining space with umbrella, and Weber propane grill.

The eat-in kitchen is fully equipped including coffee pot, microwave, toaster, Magic Bullet, electric kettle, and ample kitchenware. We provide a day or two worth of coffee, tea, water and snacks upon check-in to get you started. We also provide hand soap, dish soap, paper towels and sponges.

The living room has a Smart TV with WiFi for streaming your favorite movies, and a stocked cupboard with puzzles, toys and games for the family.

Linens are provided, including sheets, quilts, pillows, towels (2pp) and beach towels (1pp).

There is parking for two cars.

Walkable to Pelham hotel, Sundae School, and many of Dennisport's favorite restaurants.

Absolute five star stay! Book now, you won’t regret it! If you want that quintessential Cape cottage experience with modern amenities and design, look no further. I’m a creative director and brand manager and this place let me tell you… well branded like a boutique inn. Absolutely spotless. Everything you could need. Walk to beach in one direction and margaritas (yes, margaritas!) in the other! Great communication throughout, best I’ve ever had with a rental actually, anxiety-free experience. Don’t forget to reserve your nice dinner out at The Rooftop when you book this place, they book out in advance. Would stay again!

Summer Getaway

Our family stayed in Dennisport for a week. The house is nice in that it is centrally located whether you want to stay local to Dennisport or if you want to explore the surrounding towns. There are lots of good food options and restaurants, and the beach is such an easy walk to get to. Something to keep in mind is the stairs to get onto the beach are steep, but well worth it once you get to it. The house is cozy, we had two adults and two teenagers for this trip. The kitchen was well equipped for anything you might want to prepare. The outside space has a nice dining set, and clothes line at the back of the house. My only suggestion would be some additional comfortable seating outside, especially if traveling with older children. Overall it was a great trip and we are looking forward to returning to the Cape!

Fun getaway

Two adults and two young boys shared this cottage for a long weekend. The setup is ideal for young families. The walk to the beach is short. There was enough space for everyone without wondering what the boys were doing if not in sight. The outdoor patio behind the driveway was our favorite hangout spot at night. There is a couch, large dining table with umbrella, and grill. There is space to play soccer. The cottage is on a long, shared driveway set back from the main road. It is safe and quiet for kids. The outdoor shower was perfect for bathing after the beach. Overall, a great experience and hope to visit again. I
