Newer home with modern amenities in a neighborhood of older homes. Parking for three cars. Not very close to attractions but a short drive. Close to stores. Very enjoyable property for adults who want a quiet location. Nice furnishings, comfortable memory foam mattresses and good bedding.

This was a comfortable place to stay for my husband and I and two adult children while we visited family nearby. Nice neighborhood for walking with a fun area within walking distance with a breakfast spot, a bar, and a few shops. Short drive to downtown St. Augustine, grocery stores, and other chains.

The house was great! It was very clean. Had all utensils for the kitchen to cook a meal or do something small. The air conditioning worked very well. The parking is enough for 2-3 cars. Host was easy to communicate with.

Joseph and Ellen never disappoint! Their properties are always as advertised with a little "Extra" touch of elegance. I was here for the 4th of July Weekend and it could not have been more convenient to everything. We took beach walks every morning. Beds were comfortable, Kitchen was well equipped as was the rest of the house. I always look for JosephEllen properties when I am traveling to the Jacksonville/St. Augustine area as I know I can be assured of beautiful, clean and comfortable accommodations!

Clean and cozy

A few minutes drive gets you to the beach, St. George street, restaurants, grocery stores... Nice central spot.I found the neighborhood to be quiet.

Weekend Getaway with Family

This home was perfect for my family very spacious, clean and new!. It is equipped with everything you need if you want to cook a meal. We grilled steaks one night on the charcoal grill. It is perfectly located 7 minutes from the town’s center. Highly recommend!

Perfect Vacation & Great Price

Absolutely stunning property in a great part of town, super close to everything and plenty of room inside. The house was stocked with everything you could ever need in a vacation rental “especially the kitchen” my girlfriend and I were able to cook our own amazing meals thanks to equipment provided by the owners. Fantastic communication with the property owners and cleaner than most other properties on this app. Can’t recommend this one enough.

Good parking, quiet , spacious. Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds. Yard was not as big as it looked in photos. Not great water pressure but okay. Thanks for supplying the Clue game.

Overall, we had a good stay. The home was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and it worked well for our trip.There were just a few things that could be improved. The three bigger throw blankets in the master bedroom closet had pet hair on them, so it didn't seem like they had been washed before our stay. There were also a few noticeable smudges on some of the walls. While this wasn’t a big deal, I wanted to mention it so the owner can let their cleaning crew know to keep an eye out for little details like that. If you're traveling with pets, it's also worth knowing that the backyard is all rocks with no grass, which wasn't ideal for taking our dog out to use the bathroom. She definitely was not a fan of it. Another thing to be aware of is that the living room doesn't have blinds or curtains. While the fenced backyard does provide privacy, the gaps between the fence boards made it feel slightly less private than expected at night. Since I also live in Florida, I know how intense the sun and heat can be here. The lack of blinds or curtains in the main living area allowed a lot of sunlight into the house, making it warmer during the day. With the thermostat limited to 70F, it seemed like the AC had a harder time keeping the main living space cool.Overall, we enjoyed our stay! These are simply a few details that future guests may find helpful to know.
