Experience coastal living at its finest in this beautifully upgraded home and make memories to last a lifetime. We will allow 1 small dog during your stay for a 200.00 pet fee.

KITCHEN / DINING AREA: Kitchen has been fully remodeled with, All BRAND NEW Stainless Steel Appliances, garbage disposal, large island and barstools.

LIVING ROOM: The living room has a full size couch, coffee table, end table with lamp. Smart TV with cable access and Free WIFI. The living room is open to the kitchen and dining area.

BALCONY

Sip your morning coffee on our private balcony with a beautiful pool view, with access from the living room. Complete with seating.


LINENS & COMPLIMENTARY TOILETRIES INCLUDED:

Linen for all the beds, towels, washcloths, a kitchen dish towel & dish rag set as well as 1 STARTER size set of shampoo, conditioner, soap & 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels and several trash bags.

- Smoking: NO SMOKING cigarettes, e-cigarettes, vaping, or marijuana ANYWHERE inside the home. The use of any and all illegal drugs on the property or inside the property will result in being removed from the property immediately by law enforcement.

- Pets: NO PETS are allowed at the home or in the home!

- Events/Large groups: No more than 6 guests are to occupy the unit each night. Large parties or loud noise that causes a disruption to the resort and their guests will not only constitute a full charge of the security deposit, but will result in the police being called to REMOVE you from the property immediately upon notification.

Absolutely NO early check-in unless prior permission was given. We have to have time to prepare the property. This is subject to additional charges if you do check-in early.

Quiet hours are STRICTLY enforced from 10:00pm thru 8:00am. YOU MUST Be respectful of all of the neighbors & The Property Rules!!

Remember since this is not part of a hotel you will not receive daily maid service... If you would like daily, bi-weekly maid service or towel exchange this can be arranged for an additional fee.
