El condominio cuenta con un ascensor, pantalla plana de TV de alta definición y un reproductor de DVD, equipo de música, wifi, y una bonita piscina. El diseño de los apartamentos es acogedor y espacioso. Una sala de estar y el comedor le permiten difundir y disfrutar de su tiempo!

Una terraza de baldosas privado le permite disfrutar de la hermosa vista del lago, océano, y la piscina, que está climatizada durante el invierno. El dormitorio principal es un paraíso tropical con una cama King. El baño principal ha sido completamente remodelado y nuestro nuevo plato de ducha le invita a relajarse! La segunda habitación tiene una cama doble y en el estudio es una cama de matrimonio.

Podrá disfrutar de cada momento de su tiempo aquí y desea volver al momento en que salga! Usted encontrará todo aquí, así que todo lo que necesita hacer es traer su ropa y establecerse en! Idealmente situado en el corazón de St. Augustine Beach. Gran acceso a la playa en el embarcadero del parque que incluye: voleibol, bochas, pesca, surf, tomar el sol, y un parque infantil. El miércoles el muelle acoge el Mercado del granjero y un concierto de música por el mar en la noche. Hay varias tiendas y restaurantes locales también están a corta distancia.

Absolutely Delightful

Right across from the street and a great beachside parking area and park with activities on various days of the week. Condo is beautiful three bedrooms 2 full bathrooms and grounds are well kept. We will stay again!

Great place to stay

The condo was beautiful and very well stocked with basic essentials! We loved the view from the balcony and the location. I appreciated the beach toys avaliable to use with the kid. The area was great and the people around were also very friendly. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone. Thank you!

First Visit to St. Augustine

This property is beautiful. Love the location and the view from the condo. Our adult sons stayed with us, and there was plenty of room for all of us. The condo was well stocked, with about anything you would need. The beds were so comfortable, and so nice to have a TV in every room. Would definitely stay again if we come back to St. Augustine.

Loved Seaside At Anastasia

Super place to stay. Quiet and peaceful yet so close to the beach and restaurants. Layout of unit was convenient. Well stocked with everything you need, just as advertised. Newly renovated main bath with walk-in shower was greatly appreciated, especially since I was in a walking boot. Would certainly recommend this unit to anyone visiting the St. Augustine Beach area.

great location well equipped

This is our 2nd time staying in the complex. We love the location, you do have to cross a busy road to get to the beach, however the condo condition makes it worth staying. Both times the condo has been equipped with way more than you expect as far as the kitchen, tons of beach toys, beach towels, and chairs. I only wish this unit had a screened balcony, however the rest was great.

Everything just as described. The unit was clean and spacious with a great view. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots pans and utensils also well stocked with towels and linens. Within walking distance to several great restaurants and just a short drive to old town. Would definitely rent again.

Wonderful getaway

The place was very clean and well stocked with essentials (towels, appliance, dishes/ utensils, detergents, etc). Beds were extremely comfortable. Great location and nice community. Across the street from the beach and 5-10 minute trip to downtown. The only negative is the WiFi was not usable (so everyone had to use data plan for the week). Overall the place was great and had a great week away.

Family reunion

This property was ideal for meeting with our family from St. Augustine. Spacious, clean and an ideal location with a great pool and 5 minute walk to the beach. Great for kids and adults. The hosts were very attentive and what I really loved was that the condo was Fully Stocked! Nothing Was missing for a great time with family- family meals- games and just relaxing! Plenty of linens- dishes and beach accessories ! Just great. We will absolutely book this again next time we come to see our family!

Great location, unreasonable rules

We were very happy with the property and location. It has everything you need. Unfortunately having 4 kids under 8 made for angry neighbors who claimed the kids were running and jumping. We did our best to constantly remind them to be quiet especially in the morning and at night. Our efforts didn't appear to be enough so we did our best to not spend much time in the location overall. Very frustrating.

Excellent trip

We had an issue our first night, contacted management the next day and they accommodated us and the rest of our stay was a breeze. Thank you for helping us enjoy our stay. Can't say enough about how awesome management was to our issue and their customer service is outstanding. Will definitely use and recommend you to all our friends and family.

Excellent place to stay

We have stayed at several places in St. Augustine, but this one was the best yet. Would definitely stay here again. Loved the convenience of the elevator! Beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped and the unit was clean. Will definitely be back.

Spring break trip.

Overall this is a great property in the most perfect location and within walking distance to so many great restaurants, snack places and fun family spots like the pier. The beach is literally directly across the street and offers a family everything they could want or need including a water park for the kids. Overall, I would highly recommend this place to anyone and we will definitely be returning on the next annual St. Augustine trip. The only issue we had was that 1 of the TVs was broken and we were told they would come take a look but nobody ever showed or followed up.

Perfect Place to Stay in St. Augustine

The property is exactly as described in the listing and in the other 5 star recommendations from previous guests. Spacious, well maintained and clean. So full of all of the apartment accoutrements that you might want to find in an apartment of this type. You really only need to bring your clothes and toiletries. I would pass on to other parents coming with younger children that the apartment is well stocked with many of the beach and pool toys that kids love to play with. There are loads of towels and a beach mat as well. The location is so close to the beach, an easy stroll, and the heated pool is wonderful at this time of year. The apartment is within easy driving distance to all the main attractions and restaurants in St. Augustine. I felt we were really blessed to find this location when we finally decided in late January that it might be safe to resume air travel after two years of Covid lockdown.

a very nice condo

My daughter and I had only 1 complaint and that was when after a long day at a funeral, we were locked out of the gate at 10:30 PM. Our gate code just didn't work. It took 3 phone calls and 2 messages to get someone on the phone on the emergency line. It was 11:30 before we finally were able to get in.

Lovely condo across from the beach. Lots of beach towels and essentials already in the condo which was nice. Loved the balcony to sit and relax in the morning and the evening.

Perfect Beach Stay

We had a great stay at this property. It was us and 2 teen boys, so the 3 bedrooms were a big plus. Very clean and we'll kept. Quick walk to the beach and a variety of restaurants. We appreciated the tons of beach towels and beach toys, etc. No need to travel with beach needs. TV in each room also a nice plus. Balcony was a perfect place for coffee or cocktails. Nice and quiet complex. Pool is not huge, but was clean and heated. We would definitely stay again.
