This 2-bedroom apartment town-home part of Belel Harbor community large luxurious properties in Clearwater Beach is centrally located with easy access to beach and or Bay. Perfect for your escape to your favorite Florida destination location.. Clearwater Beach is one of the U.S. top (sugar sands) beaches . Master bedroom located on 3rd floor has a king bed- private en-suite double vanity bathroom , large walk in shower and built in seat. large walk in closet. A fun bunk bed in second bedroom and double sleeper sofa (sleeps3-4) also with en-suite 1 sink bathtub/shower . The sofa on first level provides plenty of room for guests to unwind or sleep in comfort sleeps(2). Enjoy the convenience of a stack-able washer dryer/sink laundry room where your beach towels are provided and wet suits can easily be rinsed out and washed when you come in from pool and plaza or the beach! Gourmet beach glam kitchen /coffee nook with everything you need to create your perfect home cooked meal when you get tired of eating out at all the wonderful restaurants just outside your door. Facing front is the city side ,where a beautiful brick private patio with bistro table and chairs. Enjoy all that Belle Harbor properties has at the resident/ guest fitness room /state of the art with steam room / sauna bathrooms/ lockers for both male and female privacy. Olympic size pool hot tub / outdoor grills /covered outdoor relaxation couches, chairs, tables fireplace and plasma tvs. Also access our 2 social rooms with pool tables and living room . Our place will help you feel at home with plenty of space while you enjoy your vacation destination. The beach is 1 block west and across the street at SandPearl world renowned Opal sands resort public beach access. The Bayside is 3 townhomes away so you have partial water views/access right and left outside the door. There is kayak , SUP launch on property and SUP available for use in the garage where the beach chairs and coolers are stored for guest use. Soak up the sun take a seat on the dock patio and probably spot a dolphin or two and the manatees. Beach chairs and cart and many other amenities are provided . Bike rental is a short 1 block away at Marriot . Sleeps 6 adults comfortably.WIFI. CABLE. Walk , bike to everything in Clearwater Beach. Clearwater Ferry at the Clearwater Marina is less than 1/2 mile away for a trip to Clearwater Coachmen Park across Bay for events or to Marina at the famous quaint town of Dunedin ,FL.

Located central slightly( N)side of Clearwater Beach. The best location of the beaches. A luxury hotel with spa sits directly across the street where you can book your spa treatments, fine dining at Carrettas ,even dance on Friday night at high end bar from 9-11 pm. A luxury beach access without staying at the hotel. Take a walk around inside by reservation desk relax and view the art ,shopping while listening to their player piano .
Walk everywhere around entire Clearwater Beach as you are located centrally ! Go explore North & South end of beaches. Bike rentals are just down the back street . 1/8 of a mile approximately. Coffee shop almost a hop skip and jump off front porch.
If you just want to stay close and at Belle Harbor the community you are staying in has a beautiful Olympic size pool, 2 gas grills , plenty of loungers to sunbathe on, a very large covered patio with tables , couches 2 fireplaces and two televisions. A world class fitness center with saunas and steam rooms , lockers with a beautiful bay view. Plenty of benches around the beautifully landscaped and brick walkways to sit relax and just enjoy the views in your private safe secure community.
The beach park is across the street from north side of belle harbor. So much to do with just a few minutes inside or right outside the belle harbor exclusive community.
Look up "the sound " concert venue & walk over to the marina less than 1/2 mile off front porch and take the Clearwater ferry over to the concert and back . You can look up their app or online for exact hours and bookings or take your chances they run on the half hour and always stay later and wait if there is a concert. It is recommended that you do book it for concerts. The ferry also goes into cute town of Dunedin, FL . A quaint little Scottish old railroad town with lots of shopping dining and events. Just ask when you book about events going on and things to do around town during your stay to make the most of your vacation.
