Our guest services team is available to assist you via digital messaging (platform messages / email / text) 24 hours a day with a 30-minute or less response time. Our onsite services team works core business hours Monday through Friday and can be scheduled in for a site visit if you are in need of extra assistance.

Glenwood is a large neighbourhood in west Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. The neighbourhood has a mixture of residential and commercial development.

The neighbourhood is bounded on the north by Stony Plain Road, on the south by 95 Avenue, on the east by 156 Street and on the west by 170 Street.

The Edmonton Transit Service's Jasper Place terminal is located at the northeast corner of the neighbourhood.

The Edmonton Police Service west Edmonton headquarters is located in the north end of the neighbourhood at 100th Avenue and 165 Street.

There are many grocery stores, retail stores, convenience stores, restaurants and take out food places very close by. You are a matter of minutes from truly anything that you could possibly need.

The neighbourhood of Glenwood is conveniently located in west / central Edmonton. It is a mature neighbourhood that is well connected to the major amenities and roadways of Edmonton.

Parking is along the street, non dedicated spots, but ample room for 1-2 cars at all times.

Enjoy our modern and comfortable 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom suite to use as a home base for your trip to Edmonton. Super close proximity to West Edmonton Mall as well as Downtown.

Completed in June of 2019, this suite is in the basement of a newly built home in a mature west-central neighbourhood.

Amenity exclusion:
The backyard is the private space of the upstairs family, you will not have access to it.

A vehicle is usually recommended for time spent in Edmonton. Parking is available for free at this home out front there is street parking which is available on a first come, first serve basis.

A pack-and-play and high chair are available upon request.

Please refrain from using the property address for mail, as we cannot access the mailbox. For deliveries, ensure door drop-off or depot pick-up arrangements.

Our cancellation policy is as posted. For added protection, we recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen changes.

For stays of 30 nights or more, we offer a complimentary mid-stay cleaning every 30 days to maintain a comfortable environment.

We cannot be responsible for personal belongings left behind. Please check thoroughly before departure.

Comfortable Suite
