The accommodations were horrible. When we arrived, the condo was dirty. It had not been cleaned since the previous occupant. The beds had been slept in and the bathrooms were filled with soiled towels. It was gross. Although we were compensated for the inconveniences of the first night, the remainder of our stay required numerous calls to management for maintenance work. The sliding doors to the lanai do not function well - one fell off the track and the other could not be opened without force. The shower rods fell down. The washing machine malfunctioned. The lights in the primary bathroom ALWAYS flickered and the overhead flush mount would shut off randomly. The bath towels smell horribly - even after I washed them, they still smelled of mildew. Ultimately, we opted for using the beach towels as bath towels. Some sort of black lime scale routinely fell from the vent over the primary shower into the tub below. The cabinets have delaminated. There are stains on the tables and the floors. The ONE lounge chair on the lanai needs to be replaced as the mesh support has collapsed so it’s completely uncomfortable to sit on. Contrary to the listing, the unit does not comfortably accommodate four adults. There is only one sofa in the living room. It comfortably seats two adults. So where are the other two adult guests supposed to sit if all four guests want to watch television in the evening??? Aside from the view and the location, Unit 411 offers little else. I would NEVER recommend!
