Welcome to La Porte! You will love this stylish Mid-Century ranch, where vintage charm meets contemporary comfort! A short walk to the beach. This spacious retreat boasts a studio with full bath separate from the main house, 3 additional bedrooms, 1.5 baths, and full basement with 4 full beds, there’s plenty of space for everyone, including families or groups of friends. Step inside and be greeted by an inviting ambiance accentuated by sleek mid-century furnishings and stylish decor. There are 3 bedrooms in the main living area, 2 with king beds, the other with a full XL over queen bunk. The semi-private studio has a king bed, full bath, and living area. The laundry is located here as well. The lower level features another recreation room with ping pong table and game area. The sleeping area has 4 full beds and additional lounge space. The fully equipped kitchen is complete with modern appliances and plenty of counter space, perfect for whipping up full meals or snacks. Entertainment options abound with multiple gathering areas featuring 65" smart TVs, ideal for movie nights or catching up on your favorite shows. Challenge your companions to a friendly game of ping pong in the basement, or unwind outdoors on the deck while enjoying the picturesque views and s'mores around the firepit in the fully fenced yard. With 4-5 bedrooms and basement sleeping areas, everyone will find their perfect retreat at the end of the day.
