¡Bienvenido a una casa en el lago donde la vida es mejor y los recuerdos están hechos!
Estamos orgullosos de presentarle nuestra casa en el lago, que se encuentra en Pine Lake en La Porte, IN. Esta hermosa casa tiene 3200 pies cuadrados de espacio habitable, para que cualquier familia se sienta cómoda y relajada. Ha sido completamente remodelado para brindar comodidad a todos y cada uno de los huéspedes de esta casa. Seis hermosas habitaciones y dos baños permitirán que cada huésped tenga su privacidad y duerma cómodamente (para 12 personas o más). La gran sala de estar con ventanas panorámicas y chimenea le permitirá a nuestros huéspedes ver los impresionantes amaneceres y atardeceres con vista al lago mientras se relaja, refresca y revive. Hay muchas actividades que se pueden hacer, tales como: canotaje, natación, moto acuática, kayak y pesca. También nos enorgullece anunciar nuestro relajante jacuzzi, que puede albergar hasta seis personas y está ubicado en una sala de sol. Mientras desciende por el sótano, verá una mesa de billar / ping pong para aquellos que les gusta jugar. La sauna puede alojar hasta cinco personas donde puede descansar y ganar energía para su vida ocupada. Nuestro sótano tiene puertas corredizas que abren la vista de nuestro hermoso patio y el lago, donde puede sentarse y relajarse.
Traiga su barco o alquile uno en la Marina local y disfrute de 564 acres en Pine Lake. Puede atracar su barco justo en frente de la propiedad. El patio trasero te da suficiente espacio para jugar voleibol o bádminton.

Great view of the lake and location. Easy boat rental close by and kids toys and a crib on the property. Lots of space for a gathering with family and/or friends. Very communicative host with easy check in/out process. Would highly recommend!

The house was very clean , well stocked, comfortable and roomy. We were at the house during the heat wave and the air conditioning never missed a beat. Access to the lake is easy, and being on the channel makes the area quiet and peaceful. Everyone enjoyed the pool table and pingpong.

Amazing stay

The house was great. Very roomy. We had 10 people and it easily accommodated us. Loved the dining area. We really enjoyed the fire pit and the patio area.

This was a great space for our family! The four children enjoyed sleeping in the three rooms in the basement and the six adults slept in the other three bedrooms on the main level. The place was clean, well stocked, and just perfect for us!! Thank you!

The location and the multiple hangout areas were definitely a plus as was the view and parking capacity. We were disappointed that it did not appear anyone had checked the property recently to ensure it was ready for us. If it was checked, several things were ignored. Inside, the floors were not clean and there were many cobwebs throughout. Outside there were features we had been looking forward to that were not ready for our use. The fire pit on the lawn had a large fallen branch that covered the table and chairs. The chairs were very dirty and clearly needed power washing. The kayaks, etc. were also dirty and were full of spiders. The upper deck, which we had been very much looking forward to, had sopping wet dirty cushions. It was clear they had been left out during storms. There was no way we would be able to get them dry and clean enough to actually use so we did not even try. We were with family so we had a good time, but if a little care had been taken to ready the property, it would have made a huge difference.

Answering the review above, we did have heavy storms: We’re sorry to hear that the lawn and outdoor seating were not in the condition you expected upon arrival. We’d like to provide some context: the area had been fully prepared for your stay beforehand, but the property experienced heavy storms shortly before your arrival. The storms were significant enough to bring down tree branches and even knock out the outdoor lights. Unfortunately, there was no one staying at or attending the property between the storm and your arrival who could have removed the fallen branches from the fire pit and seating area. We’d also like to clarify that the spider webs mentioned in the review are a normal occurrence for an outdoor property surrounded by woods and nature. While the property is treated regularly, it is not possible to completely prevent spiders and their webs from appearing around exterior areas of the house. We do our best to maintain the property and keep outdoor areas clean, but some signs of the surrounding natural environment are unavoidable.

Nice place for a getaway

We had a group of 9 adults for a long weekend and this house was great. There is lots of room to spread out if you wanted quiet time and great space to come together for meals and trash talking. We especially enjoyed the deck area. Thank you again!

Peaceful and Serene

Had a wonderful time at Sofana on the Lake. Relax on the deck or one of the lounge chairs and swing in the backyard. House is spacious and our family had lots of space to spread out or be together. The sauna was a special treat. Host responds quickly and is very accommodating. Thank you for a great vacation.

It was lovely!

House and property were great! Hosts were very accommodating and communicative. We had a lovely time in all the outdoor areas to hang and dine. It was super kid friendly and had lots of activities for all ages. Definitely recommend.

Great location and place!

Had a great stay on the property! Communication was great and house is all as expected to be. Great yard for outdoor activities and easy access to the lake. Neighbors were also very nice people as well! Highly rexomneded!

Everything you need

My friends and I had a fantastic time at this property. We showed up with what we needed and never had to leave. It was a full 3 days over fun and relaxation. I will definitely keep this place on my favorites list.

Quite Cozy Relaxing House on the Lake

House was large enough for all of us and is very kid friendly. The location just off the main lake worked out well with 2 boats as they were protected from any harsh weather. The house has plenty of room for everyone and is close to town along with stores. Owner had quick responses to all of our questions.

3rd Time Was A Charm

Whole family (6 adults) for our 3rd Thanksgiving at the house. Had a great group over for Wednesday dinner, 25 people ranging from 4 to 91. House was perfect again.

The house is as advertised, very nice and spacious. We had 11 stay comfortably and happily. The neighborhood is great and direct neighbors are very friendly. We had a great time using the kayaks, playing in the lake, speeding around on our small boat, and renting from the marina. Only complaint is the surrounding area does not provide much entertainment, food options, shopping, etc. Pine Lake the neighborhood is beautiful. The house is beautiful. The neighbors are fantastic. Just wish there were more in the direct surrounding area.
