This beautiful end-of-row townhome has a stylish, modern décor throughout. Highlights include a private dip pool, a large balcony and three stylish bedrooms all with en suite bathrooms and Smart TVs.

The first/ground floor has an open-plan layout with a kitchen, dining area, lounge leading out to the pool deck and a queen bedroom with en suite bathroom.

The open-plan living area has a Smart TV, L-shaped sofa, armchair, sliding doors to the pool deck and a ceiling fan.

The modern open-plan kitchen has granite counters, stainless steel appliances and a breakfast area with bar stools. The kitchen has everything you need to dine at home, including a dishwasher, oven/stove, microwave, fridge freezer, blender, coffee maker, Keurig, kettle, dishes, utensils etc.

The formal dining area is conveniently located next to the kitchen.

Also on the ground level you will find an attractive queen bedroom with a Smart TV and direct access to a bathroom with a large shower.

On the upper level you will find the attractive primary suite with a king bed, ceiling fan, walk-in wardrobe and a private balcony with seating - it's the perfect spot to unwind with a glass of wine! The en suite bathroom is spacious with twin sinks, a shower and WC.

The third bedroom has a fun Mickey Mouse theme with twin beds, a Smart TV, home office workstation and a walk-in closet. The en suite bathroom has a tub/shower, sink and toilet.

After a long day at the attractions, you will love heading home to enjoy your own private dip pool! The screened-in pool deck has a shaded area with dining table and chairs for outdoor dining, comfortable seating plus two sun loungers.

The dip pool (not a full-size pool) has a pool security fence. Pool heat is not available but the clubhouse is located very close by with solar-heated pool and jacuzzi.

Upstairs you will find a laundry closet with a washer, dryer plus ironing equipment. This home also has air conditioning throughout, Wifi and free local calls. There is complimentary use of a highchair and travel cot (pack and play). There is an assigned parking space in front of the property, plus you can park in any unnumbered space on the community.

You also have complimentary access to the clubhouse which is very close by, including beautiful pool, jacuzzi, gym, games room and kids' play area.

Serenity is in a great location off the US Hwy 27 and next to US Hwy 192. Conveniently located 10 miles to Disney, with golf, shopping and restaurants close by. There is also a 24-hour Wal Mart supermarket just a couple of minutes away. Orlando International Airport is 30 miles.

1. The max. occupancy of the home is 6 guests plus 1 baby (under 2 years). This limit MUST NOT be exceeded at ANY TIME and is strictly enforced due to the home insurance and fire regulations. Breaking this limit cancels the reservation, all guests must leave immediately, no refund of any remaining nights given.
2. Only Guests included on the reservation are authorized to be in the home. No external visits from friends or family are permitted, even if this is below the maximum occupancy, unless confirmed in advance with us.
3. Strictly no parties, events or gatherings. The Sheriff has powers to evict all guests from the home for breaking this rule, there will be no refund of any remaining nights.
4. The homeowner does not accept young adult/student groups under the average age of 25.
5. No smoking, vaping or cannabis on the property including the pool deck.
6. No EV charging from the home supply.
7. Resort and community facilities associated with the home are owned and operated by the HOA, any limits or closures are beyond our control.
8. This is a quiet residential community. Please always keep noise at a considerate level, the HOA enforces quiet hours from 10pm - 7am.
9. We do not accept reservations that check-in on December 25th.
10. Pool heat is not available but the clubhouse is located very close by with solar-heated pool and jacuzzi.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
The VRBO cancellation policy applies to all reservations with no exceptions. We strongly recommend that you take out trip insurance. We do not offer refunds for illness, weather, travel issues, bereavement etc, so please take out your own trip coverage.

SUPPLIES PROVIDED:
The home is self-catering. We provide an initial starter pack free of charge to help you on your first night that includes 2 rolls of toilet paper and 1 small soap per bathroom, 1 kitchen paper roll, 3 dishwasher tabs, 1 kitchen sponge, 3 kitchen trash bags and 1 laundry detergent tab. All provisions beyond this are the guest’s responsibility to bring with you/purchase locally. We do not supply additional/unlimited toilet paper, toiletries or cleaning products.

GRILL HIRE
Due to insurance limitations, the home is not listed as having a grill. If you need a grill, please ask us for the details of a local company where you can book a grill online with them. If you do bring/hire a grill, we ask that it is used at the side of the home on the grass and not on the pool deck as the pool screens are a fire hazard.
