Escape to your secluded furnished retreat at the top of a hill with no through traffic in the vibrant Normal Heights neighborhood. This brand-new (2025) apartment has a separate entrance and kitchenette/living room area and forms part of the upstairs of the main house and offers a unique combination of privacy and stylish comfort. The Space
Situated at the end of a road atop a hill, our location offers peace and quiet with the convenience of being minutes away from the heart of the community. Here's what you can expect:

Walking Distance: Only a 12-minute walk (or a 3-minute drive) to Adams Avenue, bustling with restaurants, coffee shops, bars, and grocery stores.
Beach Proximity: Just a 15-minute drive to the beach.
Hospital Proximity: Close to Hillcrest (3 mi.), Rady Children’s and Sharp Memorial (5.4 mi.), and Kaiser (1.9 mi.).
Explore San Diego: 11 miles to Coronado and 6.9 miles (14-minute drive) to Downtown San Diego.

Access: To reach your private space, walk around the front house on the left driveway, then proceed up the exterior stairs on the left side of the back 2-story house. Your entrance is on the deck, immediately to the right as you reach the top, secured with a Bluetooth lock for easy and secure access. You will have your own private seating area on the deck (right side will be blocked by a 6' privacy screen).

Interaction with guests: Other renters will be on the property in their own rented apartments. However, your area will have it's own separate shared indoor space with your area (left side) of the deck only used by yourself. The shared laundry is full size and located under the exterior stairs. Laundry will be shared by yourself and one-two other rented areas. Shared grill at the base of the stairs.

The backyard: The 8 person hot tub and shared backyard (including firepit) is on the north side of the 2 story home. Continue past the exterior stairs on the left towards the canyon. This 8 person hot tub is shared among the residents of the 2 story home (which includes the host and the host guests plus one other unit when rented.
