We had another wonderful stay at Ted’s home in Huron! The house is beautiful, comfortable, and the perfect place for our team to relax and enjoy time together. We loved having space to share meals, play games, laugh, and simply unwind after busy days.Ted and Heather are incredibly generous and welcoming, and we truly appreciate his hospitality. Our team made wonderful memories here once again, and we look forward to returning!

Wonderful Getaway!

Wonderful stay with a beautiful view!!

A must stay if you're in the area. This property is very welcoming, clean, well stocked and everyone had a great time! Fun things for the kids and adults to stay entertained the whole time. Relaxing by the water is fantastic! This place is in the perfect location with just a short drive to some really cool and entertaining things for all ages.

Lake house trip

Our family enjoys an annual trip to Lake Erie. This house is wonderful for a large group. Checkin and Check out is very easy and the house is well maintained and Ted and Heather are very easy to work with. Can’t wait to for our next summer stay.

The house was comfortable for our family. The kitchen was a great size. Rooms were great with each having a clothes closet. The view was great. Close to everything. Our grandchildren enjoyed the stay. Pool table and bar were great.

Lake Erie Summer Vacation

Lake Erie Family Vacation

Property was great for our group, which included adults, teens, and dogs! House had everything that we needed. Location is very close to Sandusky and having a house right on the lake was amazing! Would recommend this property!

Thanks for the great review, we're glad that you enjoyed your visit! Regarding towels, we keep them all in the laundry room at the beginning and then people can select a color that will be unique to them. It might be a bit different than other places, but we hope it makes a long-term convenience over the course of the visit. Thanks again!

Perfect place to enjoy some sun and friends!

This house was perfect for our girls weekend. There were plenty of places to go that were nearby. We enjoyed having cocktails by the water and sharing lots of laughs. Easily walkable neighborhood as well. I emailed the owner quite a bit prior to our stay and he always got back To me right away. We would definitely stay here again. So nice and close to the water with a great breeze out back.

Family fun

Beautiful location and great amenities! Although the outside of the property, including patio furniture, was covered in bugs and crawling with spiders, we realized that comes with the proximity to the lake. We simply didn’t use the outside furniture and enjoyed every moment.

Spacious

We would definitely stay again. It was spacious and roomy for 8 people and each had their own bed, bathroom and space. The view was fantastic! The games provided were a hit. However, the price was a bit much and the furniture was not the most comfortable. But overall, we could feel at home for a few days.

Fabulous views!

House was a perfect and safe getaway for 6 adults and 3 kids and 2 dogs! Lots of beds and bathrooms and a fully stocked kitchen. The views were spectacular. House is as it appears in the pictures. Very easy communication with Heather and Ted. Highly recommend this home!!! We had the best time. Our only suggestion would be some more deck furniture to enjoy the amazing view. I wouldn’t hesitate to book this home again.

3RD YEAR AT THIS LOCATION

This was the 3rd year for our group at Ted's place on the shores of Lake Erie, so suffice to say, we love this place. Once again this year we had a great time. The fall weather could not have been more beautiful which made the setting so peaceful. Although, the golf shots we tried to execute left something to be desired, but what can we expect from a group of guys at the age of 74. Thanks again Ted and Heather for another stay which culminated with lasting memories.

Family Stay

We had a family vacation with our adult children and their spouses. We were so happy that the place was pet-friendly, since we brought our dog. It was so clean and there was so much room! I would recommend black out shades on the windows, because it gets really sunny and bright in the morning. I was disappointed that I had to look at the neighbors "Trump 2024" flag, but I forced myself to look at the beautiful lake instead.

Good Views!!

I, my daughters and granddaughters stayed for the weekend. There was a total of 7 women and our little dog and plenty of room for all. Shortly after we arrived, we saw a double rainbow over the lake through the great view from inside. The bedroom downstairs is a plus for those who need one level. We could not regulate the thermostat for heat and reached out via text. They responded right away and someone was there within an hour. It was a fun time and in a great location.

Great Location. Nice property.

Spider Infested. I really wanted to give this place a 5 star because it really was a nice place, but couldn’t because of the overwhelming amount of spiders and webs, both on the inside (just about every corner) and outside (screens, windows and doorways were covered). I grew up on the lake so know webs and spiders accumulate regularly, but this was over the top. If you don’t mind an abundance of spiders inside the house, it really is a fantastic place.....But DONT bring teenage girls or people with arachnophobia or you’ll be sorry.

HI Lisa I"m sorry that your group had a problem with spiders! I've owned and rented the house for four years now and it's the first time that someone has raised this issue. I'll discuss with my housekeeper and see what we can do. Because of emergency erosion control work on my property and the neighbors this past spring, my lakefront became a construction site and it kicked up a lot of dust and certainly disturbed the local soils. If that was a cause I'm hoping that it's now behind us. Thanks at least for the four-star rating. I hope that you all were still able to enjoy your visit. Best, Ted
