Beautiful home, great for a family vacation. Plenty of towels, beach chairs, coolers, etc. Even a beach wagon to haul everything! Pool was beautiful, we enjoyed our time there. Would have been nice if they told us that there would not be any shampoo/conditioner/shower soap, but really that was the only issue we had. Overall, an excellent home & attentive host.

Perfect for what we were looking for... great space, off season so traffic was not a problem, walk across to the beach, great outdoor hangout space. Not a complaint, but if it was my house the outdoor TV behind the bar needs to be bigger and brighter. We would absolutely choose to stay here again!

We had a great stay at this property. It's in an excellent location, just across the main boulevard from a public beach access and also a short walk to the Times Square area with options for food, shops, ice cream, etc. The house is clean with pretty coastal decor and all the things we needed for our stay (kitchen supplies, beach chairs, wagon, etc.). It's a great layout for a family with teens/young adults (or smaller kids who can share) since there is a queen in one of the guest bedrooms and a king in the other. Very nice pool that gets great shade from the house later in the day and large covered sitting area under the house with grill and TV. Good parking also, with covered spots for two cars under the house and room for two more in the open driveway.

The home was very clean, comfortable and had everything for a fun filled vacation! The host was very accommodating and promptly answered our questions. Day one the beach was windy with a chill, we spent the day hanging out around the pool, water was warm and the fence shielded us from the wind. Remaining days were spent on the beach which is a short walk across the street. Countless restaurants and shopping are conveniently accessible within walking distance from the home. We will be planning more vacations at this home in the future.

Very nice property - well-kept, clean. Having 3 bedrooms with queen or larger beds was great for us. Kitchen had some electrical/breaker issues so we had some issues with running the washer/dryer or oven with too many other things turned on, but manager said they were working on correcting it. Outside area is a beautiful space. We didn't go to the beach much, but there are quite a few "beach items" available for use. There were 3 or 4 coolers as well. Pool was clean and good size. We enjoyed watching baseball games on the tv from the pool area. Beach access is a short walk - around 1 city block or slightly more. Many walkable restaurants and food trucks in the area. Only "issues" (which were no big deal) - fewer cooking pans that we've had at other properties, no cleaning supplies (that we could find), and the garbage/recycling was already half full with pickup not scheduled until our departure date.These are not major issues, and would not deter us from renting again.

Perfect Beach Getaway – Highly Recommend

Our stay at this beautiful home was absolutely perfect! The location couldn’t have been better—just steps from the Gulf of America, with stunning views and easy access to local restaurants, bars, and the beach. The home itself was modern, well-designed, and met all of our needs. From the sleek quartz countertops to the spacious balcony, every detail was carefully thought out to provide a luxurious and comfortable experience.The outdoor space was a huge bonus, offering plenty of room to relax with family. We especially loved the heated pool and the outdoor area with a TV and bar—perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach. The host’s communication was excellent, making check-in and the entire stay seamless.If you’re looking for a stylish, well-equipped, and perfectly located home for a relaxing getaway, this is the place to stay. Highly recommend and would absolutely book again!

Great location

Great communication with owners. Property just as photos show. Very close to beach. Everything for the beach. Enjoyed sitting on front porch,view of gulf from there. Used the area for swimming and grilling. 2 things to know..there is a lot of construction in area. Directly behind house. Started hammering at 7am til either rain or 4 5pm. Sitting or being in pool with construction crews looking at you. And construction noise. Also the steps. We are in our 60s lucky to be still moving pretty well but be aware if folks can’t do steps. All in all beautiful house. We really enjoyed our stay. We love the beach and that is right there for you.
