Maui Kamaole #K-207 is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath recently remodeled unit. Located in a quiet location, this unit is steps to communal BBQ's, and beautiful upper pool. Enjoy meals inside in your fully stocked kitchen! Stay cool with fully air-conditioned (split system) or the ocean trade winds. The master bedroom has a comfortable California King bed, en-suite bathroom with a walk in shower, and a private patio with Haleakala Views. The guest bedroom has a California King Bed, and there is a Queen Sofa Bed in the living room. Sleeps up to 6 guests. Additionally, there are ceiling fans throughout, a washer/dryer in unit, digital cable, and free Wi-Fi. Please note: This unit is on the second floor, with no elevator available. A $300 refundable security deposit is required for this unit.
Same day bookings and those arriving within 48 hours of making the reservation require a phone call to Rentals Maui for confirmation.
Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require an ID check and screening prior to confirmation.
Longer stays require additional terms and conditions. Please contact Rentals Maui for inquiries longer than 60 nights.

The famous Kamaole Beach III is just across the street from the upscale Maui Kamaole. This property features lush tropical landscaping, two gorgeous pool areas with hot tubs and water features. There are gas grills peppered throughout the property and tennis courts available for your use. The Kamaole Beaches are world-famous for their pristine water, long sandy shoreline, and great snorkeling. In addition, during the winter, the humpback whales are just offshore and put on a great show. You will also enjoy the most magnificent sunsets imaginable. You also are within walking distance to activities, shops and restaurants and a short drive to the championship golf courses of Wailea and Makena. Sleeps 6.

Beautiful place with ocean right across the street!! Best part is they had all the snorkeling gear, beach supplies. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful Maui

Had a great stay. Location was good in terms of amentities on property as well as quietness. Was kind of hoping to be within more walkable distance of Kamaole III - that hill is deceiving, hard to walk up with gear. Otherwise, Kihei and the condo were great for what we needed. Very close by car to all the shops and restaurants that Kihei has to offer. Also close to Wailea. As for the condo itself, clean and spacious. Fit our family perfectly. Lots of pro like the lanais and the big kitchen with everything you need to cook. There were also cons though. One not within the control of the owners. First morning there, was startled awake by smoke detector beeping at 5:45am in the master. Called the 24 Vacasa hotline. Property maintenence not there until 8am. Did not return to sleep waiting up for them. Maintenance did not arrive until 1pm for a key issue and 3pm for the smoke detector. Again not the owner's fault but definitely something the maintenance needs to figure out. Finally, there was also a runny toilet in the 2nd bedroom. Just a heads up. Didn't bother us too much but is probably wasting water. Minor problems which did not overshadow how great our vacation was. Thanks for the wonderful stay! Also very close to Waulea. us.

Very clean townhouse in a great location

We stayed for two weeks and had a vehicle so the Clayton’s townhouse was a great spot for trips afield…our grandchild loved the pooland we all spent hours in it…so close…..I’d rent it again and probably will

Great unit, very spacious and clean

We really enjoyed our stay. The unit had everything we needed. Very spacious and clean. The only complaint we had was that the upstairs shower was slow to drain and the toilet tanks were leaking and constantly refilling. The boogie boards, umbrellas, chairs, and everything else was a great bonus. It really had everything you needed. This unit is in a perfect spot, right across the upper pool and close to the parking spot.

Beautiful property!

We had a great stay at Douglas' condo. It was very clean, spacious and comfortable. We had a nice goody bag waiting for us and tons of beach gear to used. Even though we had some issues with one of the wall AC units at check in, it was taken care of the same day. And the property manager checked in with us the following day to confirm everything was ok. We had an overall pleasant stay!

Family get away

AMAZING the condo was just beautiful, it had everything you could possibly need for a perfect vacation. The only problem we had was one of the air conditioning units went out which made it very uncomfortable in the living room area, however other than that the stay was a overwhelming success.

Perfect condo!

We are regular visitors to Maui, and have become very picky in booking a property due to some past bad experiences. We chose well with this one! We love Maui Kamaole for its low density and low rise architecture. This condo has everything we needed and was updated extensively. We had a lovely stay and were very comfortable. You could not go wrong choosing this property!!!

Good view of sunset and well appointed

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. The condo was well appointed and very close to the upper pool. It took about 10 minutes to walk through the property to the beach. The property is designed so that each condo has a private feel on the lanai. The owner communicated well and was helpful.

Disappointing check-in process

The check in process was very disappointing. At 9pm the day of our check-in the owner contacted us to say that our condo is unavailable due to rain damage. Which is unacceptable given that we were able to access the unit from 3pm. However we were given another unit, which was fine. But next morning we were asked to pack up again and move to a 3rd unit for the next 3 days of our booking. This was an outdated unit. The property manager promised to give us a credit towards our booking. However after following up for more than a month, we have still not received anything. We are a group of 4 adults. We understand that changes need to be made due to unforeseen circumstances, however it should have been brought to our attention sooner than 6 hours after our expected arrival. This was a low season booking at the end of January, so I’m not sure why we had to move units again. Given how flexible we were, it’s sad that once we left, the property manager/owner doesn’t honour the credit that was promised.

Clean and well appointed unit

The owner Doug made everything seem easy. One glitch with online registration was easily fixed and quickly. Will look to stay here again. Proximity to upper pool and bbq options and the distance to the beach is a highlight of this pod

Excellent accommodation

This condo exceeded our expectations. My husband and three boys aged 9, 10 and 12 stayed January 18-29/23. There was plenty of room, spacious and comfortable beds, a fully stocked kitchen, and parking right outside the door. There are two pools on the property, and you cannot get any closer to the upper pool than this condo. We cooked on the barbecues (steps away) almost every night and had morning coffee on the lanai. The beach gear was phenomenal. Five full snorkel sets, three excellent boogie boards, two beach chairs, beach towels, and a hard top cooler that we packed drinks and lunch in. If we ever come back to Maui we will stay in this condo!

Great stay at K207 Maui Kamaole

We loved our stay at this Condo in Maui. The condo was neat and clean and had everything we needed. It has a great location right by the upper pool and the parking spot is right by as well. It was very roomy with a wonderful lanai! Would definitely go back to this condo. Highly recommended. W+D J from Canada

Wonderful stay!!

We absolutely love the stay in the condo, which makes our vacation 100% more fun! Place is clean, spacious and very Hawaiian style! We are steps to the pool that the kids love to swim and play in everyday while we were there. Beds are comfortable, kitchen has all the supplies we need. Will definitely come back in the next visit to Maui!

Nice place - second time there. Wasn’t as clean as last time - cleaner did say previous folks left a lot & it was already 4 so maybe just missed a few things. Air was out for a couple of days. Not sure if owners know they only have 3 chairs for beach so we had to rent one each day. Will definitely refer this condo.

Your search is over... Island Paradise!

I don't even know where to begin. The booking process was easy. Check in was even easier. The property was good for everyone. We have 3 children ages 15, 10 and 3. They were so excited with their stay. Plenty of beach toys and chairs. The kitchen was more than equipped for our needs. We cooked multiple meals at the house for us and my parents who were staying at a separate unit on property. The pool was an island oasis and literally steps from the front door. There was plenty of space for our family of 5 and we have already started talking about our next visit to the island. There is no doubt in my mind we will be rebooting with Doug and Debbie. We felt right at home and I'm sure you will too.

Great condo in Maui

We really enjoyed our stay at Douglas's condo. The condo was just as pictured on the vrbo website. It is very close to the nicest pool at the condo complex and within walking distance of the Kameola beaches. The condo was spacious and comfortable for a family of four and we appreciated the beach supplies provided (boogie boards, snorkel gear, etc). We would definitely recommend Douglas's place.

Fantastic stay!

This property was more than we hoped for! The location is in the heart of kihei easy to get to everything. The grounds are beautiful with the large pool/bbq area right outside the front door! The photos of the condo do not do it justice! Its a beautiful updated condo with nice/comfortable furnishings. The master bath is huge and gorgeous! The a/c works superbly. The added touch of a foam topper for the couch bed made it very comfortable- our teenagers loved it. The outdoor storage on the lanai is packed with everything needed for the beach! Had a few questions for the owner and he replied very promptly. We will definitely be back to stay again!

Best Place to Stay!

Perfect place to stay in Maui! Large enough for our whole family. Had plenty of ocean gear which was wonderful! Thank you for the ease and help to get us all situated. Managers and owners all very nice!
