Harmankaya spreads across three levels of living and decks. It sleeps up to 16 across six bedrooms, including three king master suites with private en-suites. The top deck catches partial ocean views, the backyard is a pool-and-hot-tub oasis with seating and toys, and the lower-level rec room keeps teens and adults busy with a pool/ping-pong combo, a wet bar, and a big-screen TV.

Check-in 4–7 PM, check-out 10 AM (late checkout $500/hour unless approved). Quiet hours 10 PM–8 AM.

No smoking indoors. No parties or events without prior approval. Signed rental agreement required.
