Bonito piso hasta toallas, ropa de cama y utensilios ... Sólo tiene que traer sus maletas. Villa de dos dormitorios / un baño La decoración de la habitación completa, duerme cinco (5) en total, con un sofá en la sala de estar, dos televisores de pantalla plana con cable y WIFI, armario de lavandería, patio ajardinado del desierto, estacionamiento cubierto. Primer piso, con fácil acceso para sillas de ruedas, corte y estacionamiento para discapacitados en frente de la unidad. A pie de tenis y piscinas y parque, un montón de exposición a la luz del sur. Ubicación perfecta para Mayo Clinic, ya que está centrada entre las tres (3) instalaciones. Esta es una "Unidad final" agradable y soleada

Enjoyed the condo and the prime location.

We did not appreciate the condos roofing project during our stay. If we had a concern Clarke was readily available to address it. We would recommend this property to others.

Gracious host ; peaceful and nicely furnished townhome.

Townhouse in peaceful area with easy access to the 101 loop . The condo is very comfortable, clean, and tastefully furnished. The owner is great, helpful and thoughtful.. I enjoyed my month here very much !

Terrific and quiet North Scottsdale property

My wife and I have wintered in the North Scottsdale area for the past 5 years. This is as nice a unit for rental as we have found with two large bedrooms, large living and dining area plus a larger modern kitchen area with granite counters and is well stocked with cooking and dining utensils. Bathroom has double vanities plus washer and dryer. Community is gated and covered parking is provided for this unit. Two super markets plus numerous casual dining restaurants are within a one block walk. Costco plus many national retailers are within 3 miles. Multiple golf courses are close to this location plus hiking trails and Pinnacle Peak. We would highly recommend this unit to family or other friends heading to Scottsdale for an extended stay. Clarke and Judy were terrific hosts and responded quickly to the few questions we had during our stay.

An oustanding unit conveniently located for the enjoyment of all that Arizona has to offer.

We received a warm and friendly welcome from Judy and Clarke on our arrival at this condo unit. The unit was well stocked and spotlessly clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our five month stay (Nov. thru March) and really appreciated being able to shop and dine in walking distance. The Villages North condominium complex is quiet and well laid out. We found it a friendly community.

Extraordinary owners and accomodations

It would be very difficult to surpass my experience with Clark and Judy. Their condo is immaculate and stocked with everything you need. The location is convenient and easily accessed. I enjoyed being able to walk to shopping and eating and the complex was quiet and well maintained. Clark is the kindest person which is evident in his approach to property rental. He made sure our arrival was convenient and stress free. Every need was anticipated and even offered accomodations that were neither required or requested. He truly desires your stay to be perfect. It would be hard to stay anywhere else after this experience. Thank you Clark for a perfect visit to Scottsdale.

Deja Vu and more!!!

Our second winter stay in this fabulous condo was even better than the first if that is possible. When we walked in it felt exactly like home and that is an important thing to us. Judy & Clarke are the ultimate hosts and their hospitality and thoughtfulness is truly exceptional. As we are now fully familiar with the condo, neighbourhood and all of the available amenities that are easily accessible to us, we could not have been happier with our choice to return this year (and again in January 2016). Everything we could have asked for!

This condo exceeded our expectations in every respect. From the clean, well decorated, well equipped and nicely laid-out condo to the great location close to shopping, restaurants, parks, golf and hiking trails. The complex is very centrally located and has top-flite amenities (great pools, tennis courts and natural gas barbecues at each of the four pools). To top everything off Judy & Clarke were the perfect hosts and made very sure that we were comfortable, had all the information that we needed and were friendly and accommodating in every way. We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 months and are looking forward to returning next year. We highly recommend this condo and its owners.

Perfect!!

These Canadians loved this condo the moment we entered. What a great place to stay in Scottsdale. This condo was so clean and well equipped and just comfortable to be in, the feeling of home keeps coming to mind. Roomy, tastefully decorated and in a friendly and safe complex. We had two wonderful months walking to nearby shopping, using the walking paths close to Westworld , using the pool, and enjoying everything Scottsdale had to offer. Clarke and Judy were so nice to us and prompt with any questions we had and returning our deposit shortly after we arrived home. We are hoping to rent this condo again someday.

Scottsdale is a beautiful city so we purchased our villa in a beautiful Northern area. This location offers close superior shopping, recreation and restaurants. A one minute walk to the pool and tennis court will help you stay trim after eating at our fine restaurants. Perfect condo for all three Mayo Clinic locations.

We love eating and enjoying margaritas on our desert landscaped patio. Best of all, this end unit offer a bright southern winter sun exposure. We love this end unit's quiet location.
