The Space -
This new property has a ton to offer from spacious living areas, nearby 4 wheeling trails (approx 1/4 mile away), access to Interstate 90 to enjoy all the Black Hills has to offer, ample parking in the 3 car attached garage and in long driveway. Trailer parking is available - discuss with the host on where to park.

Centrally and convenient location for travel to Mt Rushmore, Sturgis, outdoor recreation, Spearfish Canyon, Custer, Deadwood and many other beautiful Black Hills locations.

Main floor -
This main floor features 9ft ceilings and a vaulted ceiling in the open concept living space and a beautiful view of the pines. The open kitchen is equipped with a gas stove/oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, toaster and some basic kitchen tools for your stay. The dining room area has a table with seating for 6 and sliding back door to deck. The living room area has ample seating, Smart TV and large window to enjoy the view. Just off the mud room area in the garage is the hot tub for your relaxation.

Parking -
All vehicles must be kept on the driveway area only. Please do not park off the driveway area, unless otherwise instructed by the host. There is a septic system located on the property that can not be driven on. Trailer parking is available - message host for directions on where to park.
