The property is on 2.5 acres with the best views in all of Sedona. The large Southwest style main house sits on the high end of the property and the Studio occupies the S/E corner of the home. The view from the Studio is of Thunder Mountain to the east and Schuerman Mountain to the south. On the west side of the home is the sun patio with the infinity pool. You can't see the pool from the Studio but you do have full daytime access to it. Down the hillside on the lower end of the property is the 1 bed, 2 bath Villa. The studio is connected to the main home but has its own private access and private patio.
The infinity pool is the only space that you would share with the Villa and main home.

POOL: The shared infinity pool is not heated. Please note: the pool area is shared with a few other guests on the property. It’s designed like a mini resort — peaceful, spacious, and you may not even run into anyone during your stay. The views are too good not to share.
📍📍You will receive detailed directions to our home with a link providing an ariel view. The final stretch to the home is a dirt road—common in Sedona and part of what keeps the area calm, uncrowded, and beautifully serene.
We welcome everyone drawn to our sanctuary's energy. However, the natural sound amplification in this space can be quite pronounced. This setting may not be a good fit for pets, so we encourage thoughtful consideration of your companion's comfort and other guests' peaceful experience.

Guests can use their own accounts to access streaming apps on Smart TV's. Cable service is not provided.

🎉 NO PARTIES OR EVENTS
State law strictly prohibits parties or events at this property. This is a residential neighborhood, and we kindly ask all guests to be respectful of our neighbors. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
The home is equipped with Noise Aware, a noise monitoring device, which measures decibel levels only it does not record audio or video. We will be notified if noise exceeds acceptable limits. Please be aware that violating local noise ordinances carries an initial fine of $2,000.
📷 SECURITY CAMERAS
For the safety of guests and the property, we have a doorbell camera and cameras on the exterior sides of the home facing the gates. There are no cameras inside the home.
✅ RENTAL AGREEMENT and GOVERNMENT ID – REQUIRED
This property requires a rental agreement and a government issued ID within 24 hours of booking. Your reservation is not confirmed until verification is completed.
Access will not be provided without successful completion.
As part of verification, guests will be asked to:
• Submit a valid government-issued ID
• Sign a Rental Agreement and Prearrival Form
The ID must match the primary guest name on the reservation.
⚠️ CANCELLATION POLICY RELATED TO VERIFICATION
If you choose not to complete verification, please cancel your reservation yourself within 24 hours of booking to receive a full refund (if eligible under cancellation policy).
Refunds will not be issued for cancellations resulting from a refusal, delay, or failure to complete verification after that window. We are unable to cancel reservations on behalf of guests who did not complete this step.
