Upon arrival at the property, the necessary information was not provided. Despite attempts to contact the host via the application, phone calls, and verbal customer service, a resolution could not be achieved. Consequently, the situation resulted in a ten-hour period of homelessness before alternative accommodations were secured. It is strongly advised that this host be removed from the platform. This experience is not recommended, particularly considering the presence of four children.

THIS IS A SCAM LISTING

DO NOT BOOK!!! This listing is a scam. The “owner” did not respond to any messages and did not send check in informations. After calling the number provided by Vrbo I was sent to voicemail. After getting customer service involved I received a message stating “you got the wrong numbers.” The “Owner” would not respond to Vrbo customer service reps. Absolutely terrible experience. Customer service helped but could have been way better. Whatever you do, DO NOT BOOK this listing and save yourself the stress and headache of having to find a new place to stay the day of arrival.

We never got any information from our host and when we called he said we had the wrong number and blocked all 3 of us. Was on the phone with Vrbo customer service for 2 hours. We flew In and didn’t have anywhere to stay. 4th of July weekend every place we tried to go to was already booked. Had to sleep on the beach the first night we were here. Vrbo said I was supposed to get my money back and a credit but haven’t seen either one yet. Terrible experience

Excellent location in relation to the places we wanted to visit.Very nice and comfortable suite that had everything we needed for the week. Nice sitting area in the backyard to have a drink and wind up after a long day of walking and hiking.The view/s of the mountains from the property was striking.Because the suite was in the lower level we had to go down and up stairs to get to the suite. But once in the suite it didn't feel like it was in a lower level of the house.We had our dog with us and he felt at home as well.We will definitely go back given the opportunity.Thanks. Gani, Emmie, Katelyn, and Pierre
