The first floor boasts a spacious layout, including a beautifully decorated kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a large island, perfect for meal prep and entertaining. The dining room table comfortably seats 14, with additional bar seating for six. Step out onto the balcony from the dining and living areas, where you can unwind in polywood rocking chairs while enjoying the fresh air.

The living room is designed for comfort, featuring a large sectional sofa and a TV for cozy movie nights. A guest bathroom in the hallway is conveniently accessible from the bunk bedroom (Bedroom 1), which is perfect for the kids, and features a TV, two sets of twin bunk beds. Bedroom 2 features a king-size bed, TV, and a private bathroom with a roll-in shower and raised counters.

The second floor is a private retreat with three additional bedrooms and three bathrooms, along with a laundry room for your convenience. Bedroom 3 offers a king-size bed, TV, a private bathroom with a tub/shower combo, and shared balcony access with Adirondack seating for enjoying the views.
The luxurious master suite (Bedroom 4) features a king-size bed, a TV, his and her closets, and a private bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub, double vanities, and a roll-in tile shower. Bedroom 5 is perfect for families, featuring two queen-size beds, a TV, and a private bathroom with a tub/shower combo, all while offering lovely pool views.

We love people of all ages, and we want everyone to enjoy our homes. However, we do require that an adult 25 years or older reserve the home and be present at the home during your entire stay. We do not rent to anyone under the age of 25. We have no exception to this policy. If you are found to not be in compliance with this policy, you will be immediately evicted from the premises without a refund of any amount.
