This 2-bedroom 3 full bath townhouse DIRECTLY on the beach is perfect for small families. Park in front and walk into your vacation townhome! No waiting on elevators or long walks to the beach. Just step out the back door and you are there! If sand is not your thing, enjoy the large private deck and watch the waves and the occasional school of dolphins that swim by in the evening.

One step inside and you will be delighted with the beautiful beach decor, fully equipped modern kitchen with granite countertops. The kitchen looks in on a large living and dining area. Just beyond the sliding glass doors, there’s a private deck with gas grill and an outdoor dining table so you can enjoy your coffee in the morning or cocktails at sunset. There’s also a full bathroom downstairs.

Our location
Immaculately clean townhouse DIRECTLY on the beach. We are 10 minutes to the Publix’s Sport Complex, 15 minutes from Frank Brown Sports Complex and Aaron Bessant Park Amphitheater at Pier Park. Schooners, Patches and Shore Shack Pizza are just a few of the restaurants in walking distance to the property.

Travelers have the whole townhouse. FREE private parking is directly in front of your unit.


Other things to note
Your reservation includes a beach chair service (15 Mar to 15 Oct) that puts out and takes down two chairs and an umbrella for you each day. Other beach chairs are at the unit that can be taken to the beach.

We provide all your linens to include beach towels.

Awesome place

Check in was easy and the host and managers quickly responded if we had any questions. It’s great being right on the beach although we didn’t get to spend a lot of time on it due to being at the baseball field, but it was nice to relax on the back deck after a game with a drink in hand. I didn’t have any issues and will be back.

Awesome rental!

We visit PCB several times a year and this was by far the best equipped rental we’ve ever had. I had to contact the host beforehand and again once we arrived and both times she responded immediately. Rental is exactly as pictured and very convenient to shopping, activities, grocery stores (we used delivery several times) restaurants and everything you need for an amazing trip. We walked a few doors down to Schooners most evenings. I cannot recommend this rental enough. We will definitely rent from this host again. Thank you for the perfect stay.

Perfect location

My family and I went for a quick trip to celebrate my daughter’s 21st birthday. We wanted to be on the beach and this townhouse did not disappoint. We had a little trouble with the lock on the door but the owner quickly fixed it. The townhouse was clean (minus the food we found behind the couch). But considering it was spring break it was well kept, clean, and perfectly equipped with all the necessities. I would recommend this townhouse to anyone who wants to be on the beach and look forward to staying there again.

Great getaway

Beach is beautiful. We loved watching the jets! Home is perfectly clean and really well decorated. Beds were comfortable. Definitely recommend!

Great place to stay right on the beach

I can say enough how much we enjoyed our stay here. Very nice place with all the amenities needed to have a great time at the beach. Being able to walk right out the back porch and down a few stairs to the beach was amazing for us. Will definitely stay again.

Last minute getaway

We’ve stayed at one of the near by condos years ago. This was perfect for our family with smaller kids for the convenience of not having to wait on condo elevators. We would stay again. It was well decorated, clean, and extremely convenient for unloading and loading or just needing to run around town. It’s located on the “quieter” end of PCB in my opinion. If that’s what you’re looking for this would be a great spot.

We had a great time during our family beach vacation. The property is in a great location, was clean and had everything we needed. Jessica, (host/manager) lives close to the property and is very responsive. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Great location right on the beach. The owner/manager communicated very well. She called ahead of our trip to give us a heads up about construction in the area because of recent storm damage.

Best VRBO stay hands down!

Jessica was amazing. Very helpful, informative, accommodating. Quick response. Place was exceptionally clean and everything was in excellent condition. Beds were very comfortable. Towels were extra plush and spa quality. Beach chairs were much appreciated - spoiled me a bit! Will definitely book with Jessica again

Wonderful place!

Right on the water just like we wanted. Inside was so clean and well decorated. Beds were comfy. Beach towels provided as well as beach service was very nice and convenient. Owner was very easy to communicate with and very kind. The place was wonderful. The only thing we would change is to have a little more privacy on the back deck as you share the deck with others but I’m not sure that would be an easy fix. It’s not that big of a deal. This was one of our favorite places in PC so far!

Wonderful place

We spent 7 days here the first week of August and it’s impossible to run out of things to do. The house is fantastic and well kept. Beach is very clean as well as the water. Of the 7 days we were there there was only one late afternoon it rained, all other days it was perfect weather. There were absolutely no problems with anything. Not a doubt in my mind we would stay here again if we go to Florida again.

Love the property

Our family had a wonderful time here! It’s location is perfect. The beach is steps away, and so are a couple beach shops for last minute needs (sunscreen, aloe, swimsuits, flip flops, etc..) the house is clean and everything is labeled so nicely. We would absolutely stay here again and had an amazing vacation worth remembering forever. 😊

Amazing vacation!

Hi! We have stayed here three years! We love Jessica and her properties! We have stayed at two of them and love them both the same. She treats you like family! An awesome find! Jessica was super great with communication even prior to booking her listing; check in was a breeze and when we arrived the place looked better than the pictures! Wedged in between two condos, the townhouse view was spectacular. Off of the back deck you’ll find one easy flight of stairs down to the sand. Can’t beat it! We’ll be back.

Great Spring Break!

We enjoyed a great time at the property. It was clean and exactly as advertised. It was amazing to simply walk outside to the beach. Right on the beach!

We had a great time. The house was nice and right on the beach, not down the street from the beach like most “beach front” listings. Also conveniently located close to shops and restaurants.

Jessica was amazing. The amenities were so great. Everything was clean, organized, and functional

Perfect place for my beautiful girlfriend and two daughters. All the Amenities we're great. Clean, organized, very functional, etc... Absolutely perfect location. The back patio has beautiful stairs that walk directly down to the incredible White Sand Florida Beach and Green Ocean. Lounge Chairs are perfectly layed out each day on the Beach and then picked up at the end of the Day. Luxury Master Bedroom, with very comfortable King Size Bed. Great working, newer Appliances. (Please note that this is not a Beverly Hills type Mansion with Gold plated faucets and Utensils..... with Crustal So, if your goal is to show off to your Girlfriend or Wife, then it's not for you. what you are into..., then this isn't it. But, it's absolutely perfectly on the actual beach with great amenities, clean, organized, perfect view and can hold up to 10 People. 4 Adults and at least 6 little kids. And, even if you don't want to bring the kids, it would work equally great for 2 or 3 Adult Couples. (Even though there is only one Master Bedroom). P.S. The Master Bedroom has a Perfect Full Body Mirror in the Room with a Makeup Counter. While also having a Master Bathroom with 2 "his and hers" sinks. This Condo also surprisingly has 3 Full Bathrooms. So 3 Full Showers. I thought it would only have 2.5 Baths.

Another great stay

This is our second time at this property and again, it did not disappoint. Not only is it very clean and convenient to most of the hot spots in PCB, its also right on the beach. Jessica was great to work with as she was before and we're already looking at dates for next Summer.
