White Sands Village #111 is a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo perfect for a small family or group of friends. Visitors are greeted into an open floor plan with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and living room. The bright kitchen is equipped with standard appliances, coffee maker, blender and toaster for convenient and delicious meals at home. Choose from casual dining at the kitchen counter or a refreshing meal on the lanai where a dining table seats 4. Back inside, cozy couches offer a respite from the sun where you can kick back with a good movie or favorite show on the smart tv. Also there is the Barbecue area w/tables for dinning by the pool and recreation room in the gated pool area.
This home sleeps 6 guests between 2 private bedrooms and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.
Bedroom #1 is the primary suite with king size bed, smart tv equipped for Live TV and streaming, and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. Sliding glass doors open right from the bedroom onto the home’s lanai.
Bedroom #2 has a queen size bed and smart tv equipped for Live TV and streaming.
Living room has a queen size sofa sleeper and smart tv for Live TV and streaming.
THINGS TO NOTE:
- The condo has an additional bathroom with shower/tub combo.
-The air conditioning system is programmed to maintain a minimum temperature of 75°F. If you would like the AC adjusted below 72 degrees, please note that an additional fee will apply.
- 1 uncovered parking space is provided.
- Washer and dryer in unit.
- We provide 2 beach chairs and 1 cooler for guest use. Beach towels are available for guests. Additionally, any beach equipment left behind by previous guests, including sunscreen, floats, and snorkels, is available for your enjoyment—feel free to use it during your stay!
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property, on the premises, and in any nearby common areas. Violations will result in an automatic $500 fine, plus any additional costs for carpet and upholstery cleaning or other damages caused.
-TV is equipped for Live TV and streaming
Attention: For safety and cleanliness, infants who are not potty trained are not permitted in the pool. Please use the designated kiddie pool for children who are not potty trained.
Please note: Any accidents in the pool will result in a closure of 5-7 days for cleaning and a $2,500 fine. Diapers, including swim diapers, do not prevent contamination from occurring.

Set amidst a backdrop of lush tropical landscapes, White Sands Village #111 is your oasis for relaxation and rest. But when you’re ready to get out and explore, you’re minutes away from the very attractions that draw visitors to the island. Kealakekua Bay is one of the best snorkeling spots in the entire state of Hawaii due to its spectacular coral reefs. Keauhou Bay has some of the best snorkeling on the planet, with the night dives among Manta Rays being an experience you’ll never forget. Explore Hawaiian history when visiting the nearby petroglyphs, ancient rock carvings dating all the way back to the 16th century.
When in Hawaii, you must of course make the most of the many beaches, hikes, and water activities available. Make sure you also dive into the unique culture of Kona, where coffee shops source beans straight from Kona coffee farms, Big Wave Golden Ale is brewed fresh at the Kona Brewpub, and local farmers markets are teeming with artisan goods and just-harvested produce.
Downtown is a short drive away with more shopping, restaurants, and nightlife to explore. Plus the possibilities of day trips beyond Kona are endless!

Loved the hot jacuzzi for after a day of diving and touring the island. While the beach is down the driveway and across the street, its not far at all. Beautiful little beach. Lived all the amenities of the property: refrigerator, microwave, TV's in all rooms, A/C was nuce and cool.

People who have stayed at White Sands Village assume there will be a covered parking space. Because this unit is next to a stairway there is not a covered space and I think this needs to be in the description of the unit.

Property - 10 out of 10.Customer service - 1/10First the property. Looks exactly like the pictures. Conveniently located. Ocean right across the street to explore.Property is good location to get to downtown Kona or go south. We mainly stayed on the Kona side of the island and all our adventures were a short drive.The property was very nice. Rooms were decent size, everything you need to cook. Pool and hot tub were a nice way to end the day.Now the bad. A week before we arrived, the AC unit went out. We got a message and were told there is a portable AC units and fans. No option of cancelling or getting a different room on the property.When we got there, it was very humid due to the storms. And bad air because of the volcano eruption. Wife an daughter were having respiratory issues due to this and the way to fix it is a dry, air conditioned or dehumidified room. We asked if we could pay for the nights we stayed there and get a refund for the rest and find another place to stay. We were told it’s not their fault people are “allergic to the air.” And they would check on a dehumidifier but we never heard back on that.It was miserable without AC. The portable unit worked good for the master bedroom (where they put it) but who hangs out in the master bedroom? Every other room was too hot and nobody in the rooms for a good nights sleep.Property was awesome if AC works. Customer service is terrible. They just want your

I’m only giving 3-4 stars because of the location and amenities. Location is amazing, close to town and beaches. Amenities also great, all you can need in the kitchen, bbq area is nice when not all reserved, and pool/jacuzzi are kept nice. BAD: lots and lots of roaches in the kitchen. Air conditioner runs non-stop without any access to the controls locked behind a plastic box, it was freezing at times. Also because it runs non stop, there was a leak in the ceiling coming through the paint and leaking from the vents, slipping hazard and got dripped on. Finally, they expect you to do the laundry at the end, however, no soap was provided to us. We brought these issues up and nothing was done, just said thanks and said they would bring attention to the staff. Like I said, amenities are great, but I would probably book elsewhere next time.

We immediately escalated your concerns to our teams: pest control has been asked to treat and inspect the unit, maintenance is reviewing the locked thermostat and investigating the ceiling leak and any water intrusion to address the slipping hazard, and housekeeping will ensure laundry soap is provided and update our checkout checklist. I also passed along your note about on-site responsiveness so our front-line staff can improve follow-up.
