Luxury Living w/ Private Entrance, Jacuzzi Bathtub

This amazing private suite renovated in 2023, is the pinnacle of privacy and luxury you will find in close radius of almost everything Orange County has to offer. You enter through a garden in a quiet neighborhood to a room complete with a walk in closet, hot tub style bath tub for two, a walk in shower with a rain showerhead, a TV with all of the good subscriptions, and a luxurious king sized bed.
The space
ROOM:
Everything is pristinely clean, newly remodeled, completely private, and locked out from the rest of the house. All of the furniture items and appliances are completely brand new. This suite includes a hotel inspired KING size bed with a dream cloud pillow top mattress, luxurious bed sheets/pillows, 50-inch Sony smart tv, free Wi-Fi, full walk-in size closet, microwave, stylish mini fridge/freezer, Nespresso coffee bar, wine glasses/dishes, iron/ironing board, complimentary body wash/shampoo/conditioner/cotton swabs, bath towels, hair dryer, beautiful walk-in size rain shower, and an amazing jacuzzi jetted bath tub.

You will only have access to the suite area. After booking, self check in with a remote lock will be provided. Please message us for any questions.
During your stay
You will be able to reach me or my cohost via Airbnb messages.

Please respect my home as if it were your own. Guests who cause any damages during their stay are fully responsible for all the costs.

STREET SWEEPING is on Mondays.

Per the city of Orange ordinance: The hours between 10:00 p.m. and 7:30 a.m. are designated as "quiet time," so that no outdoor activity will disturb the peace and quiet of the neighborhood adjacent to a short
term rental property or cause discomfort or annoyance to any reasonable person of normal sensitivity residing in the area.

For identification purposes when checking in, please make sure there’s a full face picture in your profile. Also, a confirmed government ID with identity verification in your profile is required before booking.

Check-in time: 3 PM. Please no early requests as we need time to turnover the room for other guests.

Check-out time: 11 AM or earlier (You can message me prior for late checkout and I will try to accommodate your request for an additional fee ($10 per hour, 2 hours max). If you don’t message us during your stay, a late check-out charge ($20) will apply for the first 30 minutes passed and then a full room charge after that. No exceptions.

No unauthorized visitors, booked guests only and max limit of 2 guests each stay. (if violated, $50 per day extra charge and $100 per day extra charge for guests exceeding the maximum occupancy limit).

No smoking, vaping or illegal drugs of any kind on my property. I have asthma so please just don’t do it ($250 extra charge if violated).
