Este es un plano de planta abierto de 4 habitaciones y 3 baños, abierto y bien ventilado. ¡Techos altos en la sala de estar con hermosas vistas! Es moderno y confortable. Dos de las habitaciones se encuentran en el golfo, así como la sala de estar y el comedor con ventanas que ofrecen vistas espectaculares del Golfo. La hermosa arena blanca y polvorienta del Golfo está a la vuelta de la esquina para disfrutar desde el amplio balcón o en la playa. ¡Ven y disfruta!

The house, the beach and everything about our stay was perfect. The spacious deck (both covered and uncovered) was a nice extension of the already ample living space. We enjoyed grilling dinners and eating outside in the shad. The location is only a quick drive to restaurants and stores but out of the commercial hustle and bustle once you're in the house and on the beach. Communication with host was prompt and helpful.Would definitely book again.

Wonderful house and great location! Being right on the beach is absolutely amazing! The host was terrific to work with and got back to me very quickly. My only suggestion would be to clear the pathway to the beach so the grass doesn’t cut your feet. The pathway needed trimming and I would suggest repairing the fence that is on the beach pathway as well. The front grass/palm trees needed trimming, too, as it made it hard to pull your car in the driveway, especially on one side. Other than that, it was a wonderful experience!

I frequently return to this home for any PNS beach vacation. The views are spectacular and it has a lovely deck for lunch and dinner gatherings.

Very spacious house right on the beach. Large balcony with lots of seating. Enjoyed watching the dolphins every morning. Close to all the restaurants and activities.

Wonderful beach week with family

Great location, you can’t beat the deck overlooking the beach! The beach itself is pristine! Our adult kids enjoyed the 1.6 mile walk to the boardwalk area and we all used the pickleball courts right around the corner. The house was very comfortable for the 8 of us and the family dogs. Highly recommend.

There were eight of us, and check in was a breeze, when you walk in the front door you feel at home, and the views are like none other. Spent most of my time on the porch watching sunrises and enjoying the view.

The house was beautiful and conveniently located!

We had a great time staying In this beachfront property. You can’t beat the location. Maryanne was extremely helpful in her communication. We loved the fact that there are two refrigerators in the house as well!! Highly recommend.

Amazing Beach Getaway

The house was exactly what we were looking for. The house was right on the beach and there easy access to the beach. The location provided quick access to food and shopping. There was plenty of space and seating for our family of 10. Property managers were great to communicate with. Would recommend this house for all groups.

Fall Family Beach Trip

I cannot say enough great things about our stay and our host, Marianne. The house is located directly on the beach with a large porch overlooking the beach. We had 11 people (8 adults & 3 kids) and the layout of the house was perfect for our family since we had 4 individual families. Even the bunk beds were comfortable! The location is just a few minutes drive from the restaurants, but far enough away that the beach was never very crowded. The sunsets & sunrises from the balcony were absolutely stunning! Marianne was so accommodating and easy to get in touch with. You can't go wrong with this rental!

Perfect!!

The house was exactly as described and shown in the pictures. The location cannot be beat! We felt right at home from the moment we arrived and hated to leave. Nearly everything we needed for our stay was provided. Kitchen was stocked with all the dishes, pots & pans, silverware, etc… even a few spices. Warm & friendly host too 💕. Absolutely wonderful!

Beautiful home, beautiful location, beautiful beach

My family of 6 adults stayed for 5 nights and we were all very pleased. As you walk in the front door, you see the gorgeous blue waters of the gulf through the large windows on the back of the home. There is easy and private access to the beach from the deck. All four bedrooms had comfortable beds with privacy. The kitchen was well stocked equipment wise and the two refrigerators were useful. Marianne was very responsive to any questions we had--we will definitely stay here again as it fit our family's needs perfectly.

Beautiful Home and Location

Beautiful Property and Location. We had three families with us, the house was spacious and clean. The only downfall was the air-conditioning went out the last two days which made everything miserable, the property owner brought a couple fans over, two of the families had to get a hotel the last night. That was the only bummer of the vacation, owner just keep in contact with us but never did offer any type of refund.

Weekend getaway ☀️

This home had everything we needed and some. I packed toiletries, spices to cook, garbage bags, paper plates, storage containers, utensils, games, beach blow ups… no need!!!! They supplied it all. Bring a hair dryer and your swimsuit! ENJOY! We sure did! We WILL definitely book this property again. The Rigols ❤️

Beach Birthday Celebration!

This is such a wonderful beachfront property! We had 6 ladies join us at the beach for my sister's 40th birthday. The location was perfect, with direct access to the sugar sands of Pensacola Beach. We saw pods of dolphins every morning, gorgeous sunrises, and 2 sky-wide rainbows! It was a very short drive to all the island shops and restaurants. The house itself was very comfortable, open concept, easily providing ample space for 6 adults. The front porch was amazing for viewing the Gulf and for sharing meals. The kitchen had all the amenities needed, even had a new dishwasher installed while we were there! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this rental. The Host, Marianne was very friendly and attentive, responding immediately to questions. We would definitely would love to return!

First, the location of this property is perfect. Far enough away from town to feel peaceful, but within short drive from grocery stores and shopping in general. The house is well maintained, the beach is their backyard. Plenty of beds for the whole family. Room for improvement: - clarify what comes with property so renters can prepare ahead of time: no beach towels, no beach chairs… We had a few issues with kitchen supplies and propane tank (mainly fault of cleaning crew), but Marianne reacted promptly to make our stay pleasant. She brought everything we needed, nice to have the property owner nearby. We would definitely stay again at this property.

Beautiful, Gulf front home on Pensacola Beach

My family and I stayed here for a week in July of 2021. The home is located directly on the Gulf. The common area is a fully open floorplan with kitchen connecting to dining room and living room. Two refrigerators, electric range, microwave, and plenty of pots and pans, silverware, and cooking utensils made the kitchen very turnkey. There are four bed rooms (two on each side of the common area. The bedrooms are well appointed with comfortable beds and updated furnishings. The deck is outstanding. It is very large and spans the entire length of the home. There is a covered area with a table designed for dining outside. It's a perfect spot to sit and eat or drink coffee outside but escape the sun. The rest of the deck is uncovered and there is plenty of seating on Adirondack chairs and lounges for soaking up rays. Stairs from the deck lead directly to the sand and there is a cleared pathway crossing the dune to access the Gulf. Underneath the deck is a storage area with a hose for cleaning off the sand when headed back inside. My family is a party of 6, my wife and I, my three kids (11, 9, 6), and my mother (81). We were very comfortable in this home and easily could have accommodated 4 more people. I cannot recommend this property enough. I have been coming to Pensacola Beach since the late 70's and it's come a long way since the one story cinder block homes. The newer homes are well decorated with functional appliances and comfortable living areas and this home is one of the best at which I've stayed. This place is simply perfect for a family vacation at the beach TL:DR Perfect location and beautiful home. Well worth the stay.
