Everything was clean and ready. The pictures of the property looked the same as it did in person. Parking was a little tight but not terrible.

Was told the condo was ready and cleaned for our group , but upon entering the condo it was obvious that the condo was not cleaned. All bedrooms had dirty linens on them , bathroom had dirty towels on the floor. Had to call to get a cleaning crew to respond and clean the unit . Mouse traps all over the unit , that tells me you have a rodent problem and should addressed it professionally and not with mouse traps from Walmart . Very disappointed with the new owners of these units . My group was very upset and wanted to get a refund for all the inconveniences.

This house is in a FEMA Designated flood zone. OC Beachfront rental company still did not warn us even though a Nor'easter had already begun by our arrival time and was expected to worsen. They should have put us in a different house off the bat. Within a few hours, we informed them that there was flooding, and they unhelpfully suggested that we move our cars to higher ground. The next day, the flooding was a foot and a half deep. We informed them that 2 of us had tripped accessing the house and that we would be leaving the next day at low tide. They replied that they understood our decision to leave and COULD NOT give us a refund. They knew the circumstances called for a refund per VRBO's extenuating circumstances policy. We called VRBO, who was great and agreed with us. If there's no coastal flooding in the forecast during your stay, you will enjoy this house.

The property was exactly as listed. The location was perfect… within walking distance to everything. Very clean and comfortable. The views were great! Would definitely stay there again.

Things are the things we experienced: unsafe broken dining chairs; crooked kitchen cabinets; unsafe loose stairway railings; dirty floors where my bottom of my feet turned black; kitchenware/dishes were dirty; thin see-through toilet paper; poor household maintenance such as old, cracked caulking where the shower pan and floor meet; and worst of all, waking up with a sore irritated throat probably because there was mold in their HVAC. After I stepped out for the day, I felt much better--probably I was not breathing in mold. The bad symptoms would always be in the mornings.

Check in instructions were easy to follow. The property is very nice, close to a variety of activities. There were bike to use, however I needed to purchase a hex set to fix them. There was a parking issue that went unresolved as well.

The house was very nice, very clean and comfortable. The only issue we had with the house was the water outside was not working and the remotes that weren’t working needed batteries that weren’t there. My main issue overall was with the agent who I spoke to about the item that I found on the site stating that if this house was booked for 4 nights before June 11, 2026 you would receive 1 free night. When I asked about getting the free night I was told that I didn’t qualify because I booked in January instead of May. I didn’t think that was fair and that I was being penalized for booking and paying early. I was then told that if the day was still available close to my arrival date they would email me and I’d get the day. We booked a rental van and I asked to be notified by the Thursday before my trip so I could get my van on Friday, I got the email on that Saturday at 4:00 pm. I was very disappointed and that did me no good. I feel like I was jipped out of a day that I should’ve gotten.
