About Us:
We’re Craig and Barbie! Welcome to our home in Bradenton, Florida. This is where our story began. We met at Bayshore High School and fell in love in this beautiful beach town.

We now live in Colorado so when we found this home, we knew it was the perfect way to stay connected to a place and people that mean so much to us.

House Rules for Bayshore Breeze

Welcome to our home! To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, we kindly ask you to follow the following rules:

1. Check-in/Check-out
• Check-in time: 3:00 PM
• Check-out time: 10:00 AM
(Please respect these times to allow for proper cleaning and preparation for the next guests.)

2. Occupancy
• The maximum occupancy is 8 overnight guests.
• Please do not exceed this limit to ensure comfort and safety for everyone.

3. Smoking, Vaping and Drug Use
• Smoking, Vaping and Drug Use is not permitted anywhere on the property including inside or outside the house.

4. Noise
• Quite hours are 10PM to 7AM
• Parties, events, large gatherings are prohibited and could result in termination of your reservation without a refund.

5. Pool Usage
• Safety: Children must be supervised at all times when using the pool. No diving, running, or rough play is allowed.
• Pool Fence: There is a pool fence available upon request.
• Pool Temperature: The heater runs from 8am - 8pm and the pool will be set to a very comfortable temperature of 80-88 degrees. Please note: The pool temperature can vary depending on the outdoor temperature (it may not reach peak temperature on colder days), therefore temperature is not guaranteed. The pool usually reaches its peak daily temperature around mid day.
• Guests use these amenities at their own risk.

6. Garbage & Recycling
• Please dispose of trash in the provided bins and take care to separate recyclables from waste.
• If you are staying for an extended period, please note the trash pickup schedule.

All garbage service - household, recycling, and yard waste - will be collected on the same day, once a week on Tuesday.

- Household trash is picked up on Tuesday - the 96-gallon black garbage bin in the garage needs to be on the street by 6am on pick up days

- Recycling is picked up on Tuesday - the blue bin needs to be on the street by 6am

7. Parking
• Parking is limited to 3-4 vehicles in the driveway.
• Recreational vehicles, boats, and trailers may only be parked temporarily for loading or unloading.

8. Respect the Property – Damage and Liability
• Please treat the home and furnishings with care. Any damages should be reported immediately.
• If any items are missing or broken, please notify us so we can replace them for the next guests.
• Guests are responsible for any damages, missing items, or violations of house rules during their stay.

9. Lost & Found
• We are not responsible for lost or forgotten items. Please check for your belongings before checking out.

10. Liability and Assumption of Risk
• Guests assume full responsibility for their safety and the safety of their party during their stay.
• The Host is not liable for accidents, injuries, illnesses, or loss of personal belongings that occur on the property or while using property amenities (e.g., pool, fire pit, etc.).
• Guests acknowledge the inherent risks of using these amenities and agree to use them responsibly.
• Travel insurance is highly recommended to protect against unforeseen circumstances.
