Beautiful lanai with ocean view to watch the sunset!! AC unit in living room and bedroom, also fans in every room of the house including bathroom. Couch is a very comfortable pull-out sofa bed that sleeps 2 adults. Unit also has a washer dryer for all your laundry needs. Also free assigned parking on site.
