Experience the best of Panther Pond at this charming year-round home situated at the end of a lane, offering a private and peaceful retreat. The tastefully decorated first floor includes a vaulted great room with a wall of windows to enjoy lake views, an updated kitchen with large island, 2 bedrooms, and an updated full bath. A loft provides additional sleeping space. The property boasts a large entertaining deck, spacious lower level with an additional bath and an office with lake-facing windows and walk out.
The lot has a gentle slope leading to a 4’ deep entry with a sandy bottom and gradual descent. The new, large dock with relaxing Adirondack chairs can accommodate an 18' boat, with an additional mooring that can hold up to a 19' boat. Two kayaks and a paddle board are also at your disposal to explore the lovely pond.
In addition, this property includes a private tennis court for tennis and pickleball. Come experience all that this beautiful property has to offer!
2024 Rates: $534/night PEAK season; $352/night LOW season; $315/night OFF season
- Included in this rental is Krainin Linen Service for up to 6 guests (linens can be picked up and dropped off at the Raymond office).
